This company is always wonderful its the only one that we use now after trying many others to find a reliable carpet care company. We have 3 dogs and they always come to the rescue. We've been using them now for many years. We've also used them for our mattress and other things in the house. Great prices and great work consistently. Thank you East Coast. This was the best company I've ever dealt with. They were so communicative from the beginning through email about scheduling to the tech calling on his way over. The techs did a fantastic job and the company even called afterwards to make sure everything went well. Thank you all so much, it was so refreshing communicating with all the friendly employees! Filled out a job application awhile back with this company. Ended up getting an interview. Interview seemed like it went well. Lady said I'll get a call when I can start. Never got a call. So I called 5 plus times for a month and always left a message. No one ever got back with me. Still to this day no one even emailed me or texted me. All I wanted was a yes or a no.
If you don't want to hire me just say that. Be professional about it. I'm okay with getting turned down. But to be stood up and led on is highly unprofessional. I hope this company falls to the ground.

Critical: Quality Received a voucher from my apartment complex to have my carpet cleaned from this company this month. The guy was in and out in under 20 mins. and it's 3 bedroom apartment. Carpets cleaned well however some of the dirty smelly water was poured into my bathtub I had previously scrubbed and cleaned since I'm moving out. Now the whole house smells like dirty water. I think it would be wise to make sure all the techs know to dispose of water outside or have some sort of cleaning solution to pour down after disposing the water in the house. My place smelled clean from top to bottom. Now I have to go clean the bathroom again. Attention to detail is paramount.

We have used East Coast Carpets for years to clean resident apartment homes. They do excellent work and pay attention to every detail. They also do dryer vent cleaning which has been incredibly helpful. We have been working with John for years and we found out he took a couple days off. We were heartbroken, because he is a favorite. A technician Micah came out to do some work for us.
He was professional, had a great attitude and was wearing his PPE which we all appreciated. We also appreciated his positive attitude and will to help us on short notice. Thank you to Lisa and her team! They always make us feel we are a priority going above and beyond.
