Very nice man. Worked very hard to clean carpet. Carpet was very dirty and he made it look amazing.

It had been several years and 1 dog since the carpeting at my Mother's house had been cleaned. We hired Total Carpet Cleaning by Scott, and we could not be more pleased. Very satisfied with the service! It started when I called to inquire about carpet cleaning and how friendly and personable they were. I was rushed for time but they managed to make an open slot for me. There was a small mixup on time but it was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job and aim to please their customers. We have 26 year old off white carpet they cleaned for us and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I will be using them for any carpet cleaning I may need in the future.

I had the carpeting at the duplex I own cleaned by Total Carpet Cleaning. I called on a Friday and asked if it could be done within the week because I had a new renter that requested the carpet be cleaned before they moved in. Total Carpet came within two days of my call. Donn was very professional and very pleasant to speak with. When he came in to initially do the job he introduced himself to my children, made conversation with my husband and got straight to the job. The floors dried pretty quickly too, quicker than I imagined. And he was in and out without a hitch. I would recommend Donn and Total Carpet cleaning to all of my friends.
