They were onsite promptly for a burst pipe on a Sunday Holiday. They were calm and experts in how to remedy the issue. We appreciate the time they take to speak with everyone on site and make sure everyones questions are answered. The customer service and billing department are refershing to interact with.

Had a fire in my commercial building. GWSavage did a phenomenal job of securing the building immediately after the fire. I hired them to complete the building repairs. They worked directly with my insurance company and completed a very complicated job in a very professional manner. Both of the building tenants also hired them to gut and rebuild their interior spaces and they were both very satisfied also. Note: My contact at GWSavage was Sean Vance and he is great to work with! In August a 2nd floor water heater burst and flooded a large area in our offices. What a mess! I wanted a LOCAL company involved in the clean up and called GW Savage. It was a good call! Their crew arrived quickly and immediately set up to dry us out. This was a big job and unfortunately the floor and subfloor had to be cut out. Jason, our assigned Project Manager was truly professional.

I discovered water damage in my basement leaking down from my bathroom. It was a Friday evening and GW Savage came out immediately after my call. They began the process to locate the source of the leak and started drying things out right away! They came daily to check on the progress of the drying and assess the extent of the damage. After thoroughly investigating and having my Home Owners insurance adjuster out it was decided that the extent of the water damage was going to require my entire bathroom to be torn out. Sean Vance helped me redesign the space to make it more efficient. Chris Abbott (the project manager) and the rest of the team that did the work were phenomenal. Chris helped get everything ordered so my son and I would only need to be in an Air BNB for 3 weeks while they completed the entire bathroom project.

They communicated well with any changes that needed to take place. They were professional, timely and sympathetic to the situation. I can't recommend this team enough! They went above and beyond and despite this initially feeling like a tragedy I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my new bathroom.
