Magic Maids has cleaned my house 4 times now and I woudl highly recommend them to anyone. The cleaning crew is always on time and they do an excellent job. My floors shine and every time I return after they have cleaned, I'm amazed it's the same house I left. I also appreciate their excellent communication and speedy response when I reach out to them to schedule my next cleaning.

We have used Magic Maids for almost a year now and everything is top-notch! They are dog-friendly, professional, and do amazing work! Even with a fairly new house, I am still surprised every time Magic Maids comes, as the place sparkles! Some of the other reviews mentioned estimating problems, but ours was problem-free. Their service quoted the price after I gave them square footage on the rooms, cleaned once to confirm, and the price never changed - seems very reasonable, and even auto-bills to my card. Thanks Heather and Jenn! Ease of use, consistency on scheduling and attention to detail make Magic Maids the only service we'll use.

I used Magic Maids to ready my home for sale. They did an outstanding job cleaning the home and even went above and beyond leaving cleaning materials for me to keep it presentable during the showing period. The true strength of this company is its customer service. Not only did they keep excellent communication, but they bent over backwards to fit me in with only 1 days notice before my house close.
With less than 24 hours notice they exceeded all of my expectations. I received glowing compliments about the quality of the cleaning and the presentation of the home. I highly recommend their service, they are efficient, thorough, and have outstanding customer service.

I like this service because they're local and friendly. I didn't like their way of estimating - first do a very rough estimate over the phone and then just send a cleaning person over to do a first cleaning (instead of coming over to do a real estimate). The first cleaning ended up being way outside the range of what the phone estimate was.
The reason I'm not giving less stars, which I would have, is that when we complained about it, they corrected our bill immediately. The cleaning job itself was decent, not great. When they were done and ready to walk out the door, we had to ask them to come back because the first floor hardwood still felt gritty to walk on. They dusted part of the piano, but not all of it. Overall, not bad, but not great. I don't think I'll use them again, but I wouldn't say that no one else should.
