I cannot say enough great things about this company. They worked with me on scheduling duct cleaning for my daughter's newly renovated house and were so patient as we had to reschedule a couple of times. They did a tremendous and thorough job and the house felt so clean afterwards. It's important to support your local businesses and this is one that I would recommend to anyone! They were very prompt in responding during an extremely busy time of the February 2021 freeze! I was totally panicked and they were very gracious and comforting to me. They came in a very timely manner and saved my carpet. They did an awesome job and everyone was very gracious. The cost was much cheaper than others I had called. I called at 6:30 in the morning when we noticed a pipe burst in our wall. Rachel answered and had a crew our to our house within the hour! It took awhile to get the house dry from the SEVERAL inches of water, but they checked in with us regularly, helped us a lot with insurance and made sure our house was completely ready for us to come back. Definitely recommend!

Courtesy Care has come to my home three times. When I bought the house the kitchen floor was caked with wax. Unfortunately the previous owner didn't realize that the floor was manufactured wood that was shiny, so they put wax on it causing it to become sticky and easily stained. Courtesy Care came out within days of my phone call and cleaned the floor within a few hours.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of the crew that I took them on a tour of my house. The carpets were in need of a good cleaning, especially where the cat box had been. Since then Courtesy Care has cleaned the carpet in my hallway and bedrooms. On both occasions, the crew thoroughly cleaned the carpets leaving their workspace clean and fresh smelling.

After finishing the job, the guys left me with an aftercare kit and explained carefully how to use the spot cleaner. I would highly recommend this company to clean the floors in homes and businesses. They are knowledgeable about the services they provide as well as very courteous and conscientious about the health and personal possessions of their customers.

WOW! Courtesy Care was simply heaven sent! Integrity beyond expectation! To say they were prompt, thorough, professional, knowlegable, tidy, and responsive would simply be understatements! Having had several bad, & one horrific experience with contractors to eliminate multiple areas of water intrusion, & resultant mold in our home, & crawlspace, I prayed for a different experience; a company who would do what they said they would, and do it with professionalism. Was so very thankful to find this in Courtesy Care! Jason listened with focus, & caring as I explained all that our second mold inspector had recommended to mitigate these problems. Jason offered suggestions from his own experience as well, but always deferred to my preferences.

Due to health issues with some of our family, I explained the strictness with which the protocol needed to be performed, as well as for the use of gentler products. And with strictness & 'cleaner' products they did, all as if it was their absolute pleasure! Every member of the crew was polite, always patient to answer questions, & locked up tightly every evening. Fairness was apparent in all of the charges, and each crew member performed little extras that made the sting of paying for this not-so-fun expense less painful.

To go on might make you suspicious that I've received some kickbacks, but have to say that the pleasant and helpful office staff kept me in the loop, and were divine to work with as well! Courtesy Care is a model of PERFECT Customer Service! Most importantly, the results of their work made our home healthy for all!
