They specialize in cleaning carpets for homes and rental properties, they also had experience cleaning draperies, tile, and grout, as well as water damage restoration. In 2019 Fairest of All was acquired and rebranded to become Fairest Cleaning and Restoration.

Billy is conscientious and thorough. He takes the time to do the job right and isn't rushing to the next house. Our carpet is old but he gets it looking and feeling new again. With several dogs that frequent the house I love the machine that scrubs the fur from deep down. I will use Fairest again and again. Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

I recently purchased a house where the entire interior was covered in nicotine from the previous owner. I called Fairest Cleaning and they had a cancellation to get me in right away. John, the tech who helped, arrived within the window time and was super friendly and helpful. It was a significant difference after the house was wiped down. I highly recommend if you're looking for a smoke restoration company!

Sac Van Rental is a busy passenger van rental company and Fairest Restoration saved the day for us. One of our customers smoked marijuana in a van and the smell was so strong that there was no way we would have been able to rent it. We called Fairest Restoration and they were able to squeeze us in the same morning without an appointment. The van was ready in the afternoon so we could keep the booking for that evening. Professional, friendly, and excellent service.

Third year in a row we used them, and once again they were amazing! Professional, courteous, extra helpful (for example cleaning around my router on the floor, then carefully moving to clean under it cause I was working while they were there) Steve was proactively communicative the whole time and he and Zach provided excellent customer service the entire time. Great experience working with them. Customer for life!
