K Tori's Beach Rentals was formed as a way for our owners to enjoy a worry-free experience when they are renting their vacation homes. We will handle taking care of your guests and anything they might need so you don't have to. We offer full and part management for your properties. From buying to selling an investment property to management and cleaning services, our business model can take care of all of your needs as an investor. We pride ourselves with the relationships we have with our owners and the high quality service we provide.
We cannot stress how important a top-notch local property manager is to your vacation rental business. However, they're not the only partner needed; a house cleaner, concierge and vacation rental agent should also be part of your rental team. And that's where we come in. We can offer all those things!
Our Deep Cleaning Service: Detailed cleaning of your home includes, all furniture dusted, baseboards, blinds, shutters and ceiling fans. Kitchen: We clean appliances in and out, move appliances (that can be moved) out and clean behind them, clean oven, cabinet exteriors and interiors, counters, sink, empty trash.
K Tori's has been cleaning our 2 units since last March (2014) and they do a fabulous job! Many of our guests have let us know how clean and immaculate everything is. We would highly recommend K Tori's! We feel very fortunate to have such a great company since we live 1500 miles away - it's wonderful to know that everything is going to be in great shape when our guests arrive.

I was in a crisis situation and had no idea who to turn to and was blessed to have randomly picked K Tori cleaning service. Their manager, Lindsay, literally held my hand through the process because I was so overwhelmed, I couldn't make decisions. She and her crew did and excellent job organizing, moving and cleaning my condo, while remaining compassionate, calm and patient. It was very much worth the money and I would recommend them over and over. Thank you so much for everything you did.
