Peter was so nice. I called him and he managed to fit me in to his schedule the next day. My carpet was stained and I had another company clean it but I wasn't satisfied. So I called him and he came and the carpet looked way better when he left. He gave me a good deal and he was really courteous. I will definitely use them again. Service: General carpet cleaning

Peter Daly and Daly Carpet Cleaning are just the BEST! I have used them numerous times and they are always amazing! Peter is so kind and so pleasant, and my rugs look like a million bucks when he leaves! He has literally saved me in more than one occasion with flooding basements, and when he leaves, it's like nothing ever happened. This is my third time using Daly Carpet Cleaning. They are becoming my go-to for cleaning my rugs. I have two dogs so my rugs have trouble staying clean but Peter makes my rugs look new and stains are gone. He is the best! Quick response and great service. Cleaned 4 oriental carpets in-house, stair runner, sectional sofa, 2 recliner chairs, and standard sofa. Carpets came out very clean and were dried before Peter left. Spots removed from sofa and came out cleaner than expected. They did a thorough job and will definitely use again for future cleanings. Pricing was as advertised.

I hired Daly Carpet Cleaning to clean my mothers very soiled and stained carpets. Mr. Daly and his son showed up at the house and proceeded to pre-treat and scrub the carpet. They allowed me to add a room while they were there. In the end the carpets were clean and for the most part stain free. The carpets were left wet but they did dry within the 24 hour period as Mr. Daly had said. I would recommend them.

Needed my kitchen grout cleaned as well as carpet in three bedrooms cleaned. The kitchen was my priority. He gave me a quote for the carpet over the phone. He said he would have to measure the kitchen grout. I said that would be great. He said he would only give me an estimate on the kitchen if he was already there doing the carpet. I told him I wanted to get an estimate for the whole thing before committing to have the work done.
He said he doesn't work that way and politely hung up. What the heck? How can you expect to get jobs when you can't tell people how much they are going to cost. Bad business practice. I have an appointment with another company.

I can not say enough about the professionalism, and customer service of Daly Carpet Cleaning. I called for an immediate cleaning and got an appointment within 2 days, on a Saturday! The service was excellent and the quote was absolutely fair. I was even offered an area rug cleaning for an extra ten dollars, how could I say no?! LOL.I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
