A Cleaner Image

I purchased a home with quite a bit of mold in the basement and A Cleaner Image was recommended by the realtor. I paid them $4,500 for the work. They did an o.k. job, but if I wasn't home to inspect their work, it would have been a bigger problem. They missed a section of the basement entirely, and could have been much more thorough in another section which I pointed out to them, and then they fixed it but not with the best attitude.

It took them another 3 weeks to return to do the part they missed and when they showed up they told me I needed to schedule to have the work completed. I insisted they complete the work that day since they were already paid in full and they did. The owner was great, but a worker dispatched to the job was not and it was very upsetting.

Today we had a cleaner image come out and perform a duct cleaning. Randy and Kalvie did a great job. They were professional and we can't say enough good things. We highly recommend contacting a cleaner image. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Services and quality of work is with bragging about. We had them come to perform duct and furnace cleaning, they mentioned they do carpet cleaning as well and we added that at time of service. They completed the carpet cleaning on the same day. We were planning to replace carpets but after the cleaning they looked awesome. We can now push off replacing the carpets. Great work and service. If you're having problems with water in your basement, or mold, call A Cleaner Image first. I had called 3 other companies, before I found Ryan. One was only trained in mold remediation, not basement water issues. And the other two had one-size-fits-all approaches that were outrageously expensive. One came in at $12,000, the other at $22.000! A Cleaner Image was the only company to look at my specific situation and come up with solutions to match. Cost? $2,700. Ryan's philosophy is to do only what's necessary. He is very thorough and left the basement and property looking great.

I received OUTSTANDING service from the time that Ryan came over to give me an estimate to remove my mold from the basement and do some masonry outdoor repair work to the completion of the entire job! The work was reasonably priced and extremely well done. Not only does my basement walls look brand new but the masonry work just looks awesome to what it was like before. Also, all the guys on the job including Ryan, were so very nice to work with and extremely knowledgable.

This company has out did their self again. I am currently the property manager for Country Manor Apartments, And this company has been doing a fantastic job with cleaning our units.
