Crystal Clear Window Cleaning

Critical: Professionalism On my commute to work this morning I came across one of these employees driving one of these vehicles and a completely reckless manner on interstate 95 through Brevard County. Absolutely horrendous and I would highly recommend finding another company due to their poor professionalism.

I live in Hampton Bays and the crew of 3.2 maie, 1 female were excellent as always. they cleaned our windows in and out including screens and 4 skylights. I usually hire them yearly but since Covid it has been 2 years and my windows are amazing. Highly recommend. Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Rooftop/skylight cleaning

Critical: Professionalism Estimator showed up at our house in Bridgehampton NY and proceeded to let his large dog run freely throughout our property. Caught the whole thing on camera including the dog preparing to relieve itself on our front yard.what other liberties do they take?

They do not call you back and they do not show up. I requested an in person quote for window cleaning and was told it could be scheduled. The next thing I knew Crystal Clear was at my door -- no advance scheduling. I asked them to please come back on another date because I was in the middle of another appointment. They called a few days later to say they would be at my house at 9:30am to take a look at my windows. FYI I have a few windows that are difficult to clean which is why I wanted an in person estimate.

No one showed up at 9:30 so at 10:30 I called to say I would be home all day except for a 30 minute window. I was then told the appointment would have to be rescheduled! I kept reaching out to them and was promised that the next time Crystal Clear was in my neighborhood I would be advised. On the phone they kept telling me that I did not have to be there for a quote.

So why didn't they just do the quote the first time they showed up? I am still waiting for a call back. This company is unprofessional and rude. They only work when it is convenient for them. I am going elsewhere and I advise all to do the same. UPDATE: There were not four attempts to meet with me and I responded to all messages from Crystal Clear on my phone.

I also never asked anyone to wait at "the gate" because no one ever arrived. I had to call Crystal Clear to find out why they were over an hour late. The estimator said he was at least another hour away. I advised him that I could not be at home from 11 to 11:30 and that's when he/Crystal Clear canceled on me. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them at least 8 times in the past 4 weeks but no one has called back to reschedule.

1) Came out in person for an accurate estimate. 2) Fast appt - fit us in last minute (after another co left a streaky mess on our windows power washing days before an Open House). 3) Efficient, industrious workers. 4) Neat and careful: Wore booties on rugs inside. No screen damage.

Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews. It was suggested I have the windows of my home cleaned inside and out before putting it on the market. As it is a vacation home, I was not able to be present when the work took place. The house minder for the property was there and later told me that the work was done late in the day -- it was already getting dark outside - and that the work was sloppy.

Because I did not get this information immediately, when I called to inform those at Crystal Clear Window -- I was told I complained too late. I explained in detail the issues but the company would do nothing to make good on their very expensive prices. I had hoped they would come back to address the problems but there was absolutely no interest in customer service or satisfaction. If you are looking for a window cleaner -- keep looking!

I hired Crystal Clear to clean the windows at our recently built Church Rectory in Mattituck. The windows were a mess after the Rectory was built -, paint dots, dried on dirt, dusty and stickers on the windows. I was given an accurate estimate, and a date and time, which was right on. I had to leave the jobsite and when I returned, the windows and screens were spotless. It almost looked like the window panes were not there- As they say Crystal Clear - Amazing!

The owner to give me an estimate right away. Then I was called to schedule appt which was very soon after that. I was able to request a vaccinated crew. They showed up exactly on time, were very nice and worked hard as the dickens. They did a beautiful job for a reasonable price.

Very angry and disappointed. I've been a customer of Crystal Clear for 7 years during which time it has provided services for me at two properties. I will no longer use Crystal Clear's services due to a dispute I had with the owner's spouse today regarding the removal of shrink wrap from my outdoor furniture which Crystal Clear installed in the fall.

While I paid the invoice for the installation late, Crystal Clear was, indeed, paid in full. Yet, it refused to remove the shrink wrapping due to "non-payment" further claiming that it stopped the removal of wrapping in April. Although the spouse asserted that I was called 4 times to schedule the wrap removal, I have no voice messages nor records of these calls. It's quite disappointing that a regularly-used business would treat its customers with such disdain especially during this difficult period for all of us.

Due to the unprofessional and angry response of the owner's spouse, who refused to schedule an appointment for the wrap removal, I will no longer use Crystal Clear's services for anything.

We used Crystal Clear for many years, as have many of our neighbors in Long Island. We have skylights and cathedral ceilings and we were always impressed with the strength of the team and the professional (commercial quality) equipment they brought to the job. Today, we had to dismiss a couple sent to us from Crystal Clear. We were afraid someone was going to get hurt and / or they were going to ruin something in the process of trying to clean our hard to reach windows and screens.

The woman was very tiny and having challenges removing the screens. The little ladders and mom & pop equipment they arrived with were nothing like what we have seen in the past from Crystal Clear Teams We could have hired our nieces and nephews to clean the windows the way they were attempting to clean them. We will now look for a new service. It was unfortunate as we waited 8 weeks for this appointment.

Excellent service. The crews who handle the on site job are professional and reliable. My windows always look perfect. I have worked with Crystal Clear for 5 years and would highly recommend them. David the owner was very helpful in getting someone over to take a look at an issue on my window, turned it around within 24 hours.

The company is responsive and gave us an estimate within a week AND then confirmed the appointment and able to make adjustments to what we wanted. On the day of the service, a very professional and responsive couple came to clean our windows. They were friendly, hard working, and did an excellent job. The windows are so much more cleaner and everything we see is much clearer. Thanks! We recommend them and will keep using them.

Great job! My windows were 'crystal clear' after their visit. Male and female team, he cleaned outside and she cleaned inside. They showed up on time and did a beautiful job. I will be using them again.

Cleaners damaged curtains and am still waiting for response. Additionally I strongly suggest you get prices clarified as they were not forth coming with a total amount that would be charged. I was first told that it would not be a problem to come back, to do inside at another time due to covid concerns, When I called to schedule, I was told there would be an additional $125 charge. Sorry Crystal Clear that is a problem.

We've been using Crystal Clear Window Cleaning in Mattituck for very many years. They're always polite and do an excellent job. They fit me in on short notice, which I appreciated. They clean up after themselves, wearing protective booties in my house. The windows always come out "Crystal Clear" as the name suggests. Thank you Crystal Clear Window Cleaning!

I have been using Crystal Clear Window Cleaning Service for years. They just came by today again as part of my Spring clean up and it reminded me that I had wanted to write a review. As always, they exceed expectations. Great attention to detail and very thorough - with all windows and skylights. Also are careful with screens -- removing, washing and replacing. Very happy with the service.

This is the most unprofessional company in a Long Island community that consists of friendly, hardworking people. The cleaning crew is decent but the office staff and the owner are so unprofessional and do not know the definition of customer service. Lisa and the owner are especially rude to their own customers, will not do anything to listen to their customers about questions or complaints about the messages the office staff are providing & the work being provided.

Save yourself some grief and don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other friendly, professional window cleaners in the area that would be more than happy to have your business and know that customers should be treated professionally and with respect!

Two weeks ago team came to clean windows. The job that they did was just ok based on their rating. Two of my screens were damaged severely during the process. I brought it to the attention of the lead cleaner. He took both screens with him and assured they would be repaired. I have called twice to follow up and was told David would contact me. No contact to date. Based on the just satisfactory job that was done with the window cleaning and the lack of response for the damage to the screens I would not recommend Crystal Clear, their reviews are over rated.

I should mention that the outside cleaners did a nice job. The two internal cleaners moved slowly, chatted between themselves and their performance was marginal. I had to clean the window sills behind them. Find another company for your window cleaning needs.

Timely. They are rough on the screens and window grates though. May get one or two who speak English well enough to explain what you need. They have young girl too short to reach windows - so she stood on top of my mirrored night tables! Good thing I was there. No step-stools with them. Just be around when they are there.

They cleaned the outside of our house in east hampton. They were really easy to deal with for scheduling, were able to accommodate short notice, and the staff that came were very nice and did a great job.

This is an AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY. I posted a review before which they seem to have removed somehow but Crystal Clear (yes, the one based in Mattituck) sent one worker on his own to clean my windows. He could not manage to clean even one, and ended up taking a big chunk of plaster out of my wall. I sent him away and he agreed he would tell his boss what had happened.

The company requested an estimate (wasting even more of my time) but have taken no responsibility for the repairs. I am pretty sure they are not even insured, so for your own protection you should STEER CLEAR!

This is weird that people are reviewing this business from all over the place like Westchester County - it must be a chain because I can tell you the Mattituck/North Fork company is great - windows were just like their name - crystal clear. So if you are in this area don't hesitate - they are terrific.

They dripped dirty water from there squeegee on all the window sills and on my white linen chairs, the windows had a lot of drip runs called spoke to Melanie she was not to concerned.about what happened. RS

The window cleaners arrived at my residence with a weird look, like " we really don't feel like working, can we just hang out?!" When I walked around the house inspecting their work, I noticed their supervisor was busy socializing on the phone. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism, especially given the high prices this company charges.

When the crew left, I noticed that some windows were still dirty and I decided to call their office. The manager on duty informed me that a crew will be over at my residence before the end of the day. A month has passed since then, and I haven't heard anything from Crystal Clear. Truly disappointing experience.

Had to follow the workers around to make sure they were cleaning the windows properly after seeing a few of the windows they cleaned. They said they cleaned the skylights and when I looked the next day it was obvious that they were cleaned. There were fingerprints all over one of the skylights. They left condensation on a few windows that I had to go and fix myself.

I stopped payment on the check. Owner was extremely argumentative and nasty when I contacted about the issue and to provide my card info. She was even arguing with me about the condensation on the windows! She said she would talk to the crew and get back to me. Two weeks later she calls me back and is even more rude than before. She accuses me of taking advantage of her because I did not pay for a service that I did not receive!
