There are pollutants, germs, odors, pollens, smoke residues, mold, mildew, bacteria, dust mites, dirt, allergens, pet dander, pet odors and grease from cooking that lives and breeds in your carpet not to mention car oil and exhaust residue that is tracked in onto your carpet. The EPA says the indoor air is now more polluted than the outdoor air.

I was initially very happy with the carpet even tho I was surprised he could do huge family room, stairs, Hall and bedroom on less hour. I did not notice till later that my wall upstairs was dirty and sprayed with dirty water or something. I just paid for Hall to be painted. His hose broke and he has told me all about it and had to get extra from truck.

Well obviously when his hose blew it sprayed all over my wall. He should have noticed and wiped it down and told me. It is not his fault that that happened. But that he never noticed is. I told him in a private message about the wall and was kind of Disappointed he charged 250 for hour work. Instead of saying he was sorry and maybe give me discount or being nice he was rather nasty and said I better prove it as is slander. Is not slander when a personal message And he said a normal Person would not have waited months.

It was just barely a month. I just wanted to tell him to be careful of people's walls. If he was nice about it I would still recommend him! I did not post on Facebook. Just a private message. As you can see by the few comments it is yelps fault he has negative comments not the substandard job

I hired Kwik Klein to clean our leather sofas and chair. He gave me a quote of $200 which seemed reasonable. However, when he showed up, he only had a bag full of rags and some leather conditioner. No vacuum, no brushes, nothing other than rags. He wiped down the furniture and when I looked at it when he was done, there were still spots all over the furniture.

I licked my finger and rubbed one of the spots and it came off. I asked if he cleaned the furniture first and he said he can only use the conditioner. Last time I checked, the conditioner is the last step after you actually clean the items. I detailed cars for years and I always cleaned and then conditioned. Regardless he rubbed a few more and was done.

He was at our home for no more than 45 minutes just rubbing the couches with some liquid. He then said i needed to pay an extra $20 for a foot stool. A total of $220 for 45 minutes of work. And the work was marginal at best. Since when did furniture cleaning pay as much as a high level attorney? He charged me $293/hr. I could have had our cleaning people wipe done the couch for $25/hr.

We were selling our home and needed our carpets cleaned. Unexpectedly found out that buyers had decided to do the final walk through 2 days early (prior to the carpets being cleaned). Immediately called Bob at Kwik Klean to see if he could come a day early. He came within one hour on his way from another job. Great service and even better cleaning results. Thank you, made our sale go flawlessly.
