Oriental, Persian, and area rugs, whether constructed of wool, cotton, and/or silk, should be professionally cleaned every 1-3 years, depending upon how much traffic they receive. When fibers become soiled, premature wear, allergies, and insect infestation may occur. With daily traffic, impacted soils act like sandpaper grinding into these delicate fibers.

My mom was looking to have her wool area rug cleaned. A friend had recommended Horrigans. When we arrived, we were met by a very friendly staff. They were professional & knowledgeable. Being in the oriental rug business cleaning and repair for many years, both overseas and in the USA.Worked in many rug cleaning plants, but when I met Horrigans, and I saw the way they clean the rugs and the carpets I was immensely impressed with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Horrigan cleaners for any cleaning job.
