My daughter was getting married and we were having five days of parties at my house. It was four days before the wedding and my septic backed up and I had just had it drained a month before by someone else. My plumber (because it backed up at the washer and I thought it was the drain) told me to call Peter. I did! I was crying and so nervous and upset but Peter and his crew all told me not to worry they would get it fixed no matter what so the parties could go on!
He told me to go finish our shopping and carry on. I left and was so nervous and crying off and on and when I came back.all of Peter's men and Peter were clapping when they saw us coming in the driveway saying, "Yaaaaaaay we are going to have a wedding"! Amazing is all I can say! If Peter tells you he will get it done, he does!

July 3, 2020 - the day before the July 4th holiday. All of a sudden, we had septic backing up into our bathtub at our summer cottage in Harwich Port. I called Peter of Rooterman at 508-430-4000. He promised to help us that day, and he did. Amy and Bobby diagnosed the problem immediately and after some careful work, we were as good as new. What a relief to have a company owner understand that trying to get through the holiday weekend with such a problem would have been a nightmare.
