For those of you who are new to Signature, we would like to tell you a little about ourselves. We are a smaller, family owned and operated company. Signature has been serving most of Central Ohio since 1992. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If there's something you're not pleased with, we'll come back and take care of it, free of charge.
Steam-cleaning or hot water extraction initially involves the application of a detergent based solution. After appropriate dwell time, a pressurized manual or automatic cleaning tool (such as a wand) passes over the surface several times to thoroughly rinse out all residue, soil and particulates. There are benefits of steam cleaning over other methods, such as dry cleaning or bonnet methods; First, most of the soiling and spills in our homes are water soluble and can not sufficiently be flushed out of carpet fibers without the use of water.

Signature Carpet Care uses a hot water extraction process to clean your carpets. This method is often called "Steam Cleaning." This is the cleaning method nearly all carpet manufacturers and carpet fiber producers recommend. Other methods of carpet cleaning may void your warranty. Brandon was extremely professional and was even early to the appt. There was a slight mix up with the address he was coming to, but we got that resolved quickly. I was impressed with Signature Carpet primarily for their attention to detail and customer service. My technician, Michael, called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time, professional, walked through my home to see the layout and allow me to point out any problem areas. He used corner guards to protect my walls and did my entire house in just under two hours. He did a great job and was very courteous! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Signature has cleaned our carpets several times over the last few year. They have always done a great job. Recently we had them out to do our tile floors in our kitchen, bath and garage entry. Brandon was very professional and our floors look fantastic, like the day we moved in 12 years ago! We will use Signature again and always recommend them to our family & friends.

I would highly recommend Signature Carpet Care. Every time they leave my house my carpet looks brand new and their equipment takes up stains/spots. Michael and Brandon are friendly and efficient. They are punctual and work very hard to make your carpet look fantastic! The office worker was so helpful when I really needed an emergency cleaning! I would highly recommend this excellent company!

Signature has cleaned my home and my office several times and have always done an excellent job. They pretreat the spots and I am amazed at what they have been able to clean. One time I had a bleach spot and they died the carpet to match almost perfectly. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Joann) was incredibly nice and helpful. The technician Michael, was wonderful too. Michael was very polite and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond in his efforts, paying attention to detail. I didn't do much shopping around as far as pricing but, I was happy with what I paid for. So all-in-all I appreciate the customer service, efficiency, and communication. The best part is my carpets and ottoman look great! I will use this company again.

My technician (Michael) was awesome! I had my carpet clean today 9-28-18. Michael was very personable. He toke his time cleaning my carpet, and the after results go's without saying. He has excellent interpersonal relationship skills, and very friendly. I am sure he is an asset to your company. Well done!
