Where do i start?!?!?!?!? This business is HIGHLY rated and recommended. The service that they provide is beyond AMAZING. Quick, Responsive, and very reasonably priced for the industry. I've never had 1 issue with my dry cleaning and I have sent numerous high priced items to be cleaned and returned. Stephen is ALWAYS available and ready to assist in any way possible.
When this business tells you a date to pick up and drop off they stick to it no matter what rain, hail, sleet, snow. I urge anyone that is reading this review to book this service you will not regret it! Thank you again and you have a customer FOREVER! -Kareem Phipps

An absolutely top class dry cleaner with an attention to perfection in every garment. Steve is a diligent, responsible, personable guy who provides excellent service. I have very expensive clothes from STEFANO RICCI, brioni, Fray, Canali and Attolini. When he dry cleans them, they come back looking brand new. He also has an alterations expert who does beautiful work. This dry cleaner is worth every penny if you care about your high end clothing.

Custom Cleaners always does a good job. My garments always come out clean, much cleaner than dry cleaners that I have used in the past. I use their pickup and delivery service, which is so convenient! I don't have to leave my house, payment is handled electronically, and the garments are delivered a few days later. They've even done pickup and delivery for my wedding gown preservation. Plus, they're organic! Product safety is really important to me, so this is a HUGE plus. Highly recommend.

If you need a dry cleaner, or somewhere to get garments fixed/altered, Custom Cleaners is the place to go. Pre-pandemic, I was in about once a week to get my work clothes dry-cleaned. It's very hard to find a cleaner who can get white shirts bright, without damaging the buttons, but they do it and make it look easy. Now, I'm partially back working and they continue to provide top notch dry-cleaning of all my stuff.
And on more than one occasion, I've found small fixes, like a button sewn tighter or replaced, without even asking. I also highly recommend their alterations and repair service. They have saved more than one of my cashmere pull-over sweaters from the scourge of moth holes and, with one exception (it was a huge hole), you can't tell repairs were made.

They do an excellent job on my husband's shirts every week. They were able to get a stain out that I couldn't! Was so happy about that because it was on one of my husband's favorite shirts. The owner is really nice and always has a smile. Prices are extremely reasonable. Also a great location. You're in the same shopping center with Stop & Shop for groceries a liquor store and this dry cleaners. It's great because on Fridays I'm able to get all my errands done at one convenient location.

I have been using Custom Cleaners for two years and have had uniformly excellent results. I use them for shirts, jackets and pants, so I cannot comment on other types of items. Everything is nicely done. I have never had a problem. In addition, I discovered that they do excellent alterations at reasonable prices.

I was supposed to get my husbands suit back SATURDAY morning as my husband had a work trip. They could not get the cloths off the rack due to no power, they say. Why no manual override?i didn't even get an apology! Just excuses! No offer to reduce charge. Had to buy a suit since they held husbands hostage. Never going back

I have been using this cleaners for a year now and never had a bad experience. In fact whenever I need an item rushed they are happy to accommodate when possible. Never have I had any clothing ruined or not completed in a timely matter. My wife and I have both had alterations done at this location and they have always turned out great. We have never had anything silk cleaned there and this is the only complaint I can see in the other negative posts. As far as trust in this cleaners I have it. As far as taking something made of silk there maybe not.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AND HORRIBLE. I was using this dry cleaner primarily due to proximity to my home and the fact that they accepted credit cards for payment, despite warnings from neighbors. I figured all dry cleaners are the same. They damaged and lost a few dress shirts and most recently damaged one of my suits. Apparently, they use a lower end dry cleaning machine that is very bad for wool suits.
Not only does it shrink clothes as part of the cleaning process, it also causes stains on suits as it did on my suit and instead of taking care of the problem their machine caused, they blamed it on some padding issue and will not reimburse me for a damaged suit. I will never go there again! Unfortunately, this rating service forces you to give them a star.

We also had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. We brought in a few items to be cleaned and thought everything would be fine. When we got the items home, I noticed that a beautiful silk table runner had been ruined. It was completely out of shape, shrunken and there were charred iron marks all over it. That made me check the rest of my clothes, only to find out that 2 dresses had been shrunk and the lining in one jacket was ruined.
I don't know what they did to these clothes! I went back in and explained what happened, and she said that they would try to fix them. I was doubtful, but figured I would give them a chance, since the items were already ruined. Needless to say, they weren't able to fix them, and she even said that she put the silk runner in the washing machine!
We all know that you don't put silk in the washing machine. It looked terrible. And, she was also not able to stretch the wool dresses out. I let her know that this was not acceptable and that the items were ruined. In her opinion, the garments were fine. This is when she became very argumentative. It took my husband and I 5 trips back to the store (along with recepits for the ruined items and the threat of taking them to small claims court) to get our money back for the items that she ruined.
Eventually we got a check, but it wasn't enough to cover all that was ruined. She said that since the table runner was 2 years old, she would only give us1/2 of what we paid for it. It's not like the table runner is getting worn and used daily. It was in brand-new condition before I brought it in to her. I just thought it would be nice to have it cleaned. It's not worth the hassle to take your clothes here.
We used them because they were convienent and close, but there are other dry cleaners who are close by who don't ruin your stuff. I would caution everyone to stay away from this place. Even though they paid for a portion of what they ruined, it was not a pleasant experience at all. I will never go back here.

We had a terrible, terrible service experience here. We pass this dry cleaner on the way home and thought it would be really convenient, so we brought a few items of clothing in for a test run. One item belonged to my wife, a white silk blouse with black lace trim. When I went to pick up the dry cleaning, I was given back a blouse that was tan with a dark brown trim -- they had literally burned (heat or chemical) the entire garment crap brown.
I spent 20 minutes trying to explain to the owner that the blouse was ruined, but she maintained that it looked exactly like it SHOULD look. (Yes, I literally wasted 20 minutes arguing that brown =/= white.) Eventually I was told to come back to pick up a check that would cover 50% of the cost of the blouse, which was expensive enough to fight over. So, I come back a week later to pick up the check, and the owner now tells me that (a) she doesn't have the check, and (b) she decided that she won't issue a check unless she sees the original receipt.
The blouse was a little under a year old, worn only a few times, but we certainly didn't have the receipt anymore. When I explained this to the owner, she proceeded to lecture me about how she keeps the receipt for every piece of clothing she owns in a shoebox, she knows exactly how much she paid for every article of clothing she owns, and that there was something wrong with me for not having this information immediately accessible.
To cut a long story short, it took two more visits and the threat of a small claim lawsuit to get a $150 check that won't come anywhere near the cost of replacing the garment. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
