I'm the owner of Solar Guard. I recently purchased spinning brushes and a water pole that was not compatible to my pressure washing system. Although, Jenny is pleasant to work with, she never bothered to ask if her equipment would be compatible to my system. This is the second set of brushes I bought from her, I've lost thousands due to equipment failure, and now I'm told I cannot receive a refund, even though I purchased the brushes less than 45 days ago.
My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureu, and then to litagation we go. I would not recommend doing business with J.Racenstein. In response to the owner's remarks. I was never asked what my system gallon per minute was producing. I trusted Jenny that she was selling me the right equipment. It was only yesterday 9/14/21. That I finally spoke to your expert Doug and he figured out the problem.
I would say that this is not my problem, but your company's inexperience to ask the appropriate questions when selling equipment. All of this could have been avoided a year ago had these questions been asked. I've spent thousands of dollars with your company, always trusting I was being guided in the right direction. For you to feel like you did me a favor by refunding the first brush that was damaged, is absolutley absurd! Had I been sold the correct product in the first place, you would have a happy customer today.
Instead you choose to ignore the obvious. Plus, I asked to speak to you regarding the issue, but never received a call. If this is your definition of customer service. Then we'll see eachother in court. The right thing to do would have been to refund and find the right match (Karcher 400). In the meantime, expect me to spread word about my experience and unprofessionalism with J.Racenstein. Companies like yours should not be allowed to take advantage of hard working small businesses.

I have been ordering from J. Racenstein for over 6 years and have come to develop a extremely high regard for their products and service. As mentioned in another review, Jenny is absolutely the best when it comes to customer satisfaction and her product knowledge is of great value! I have never had a problem resolving any issue or concern, in fact, they stand behind the customer, not necessarily the product, which is a rare gem in todays world of cutthroat commercialism.
I strongly recommend making J. Racenstein your go-to product supplier! Their prices are always fair, their shipping (in California) is absolutely smoking fast, and their customer service in unsurpassed! Keep up the great work J Racenstein!
