Did a great job cleaning the older carpet in a home I was preparing to sell. Carpet looked great afterwards. The employees showed up right on time, were nice and respectful of the home, and did a wonderful job. I appreciated that I received text messages confirming the appointment ahead of time and another one telling me the cleaners were on their way. The price was far lower than I expected. I highly recommend this company.

I would give them a 5 STARS ratings. We called them in the morning for the same day service for cleaning the entire carpet area - single family home with basement. Alex was very responsive and immediately replied to my messages and scheduled a time. They came in right on time and went out of their work schedule and did over time to finish up the work on the same day.

Most importantly they cleaned every bit and corner of the carpets and their work was excellent ( note : I have used many other carpet cleaning services before but Deep Impact in Hillsborough- cleaning service is the best so far). They did not even rush to finish up the work even around 8 PM. I highly recommend Alex and team for your carpet cleaning service.

So happy to have found this company. My partner and I recently moved into an older farm house and the carpets needed a SERIOUS clean. We were very worried a lot of the stains would not come out as well as the smell. My partner is severely allergic to pet dander and the carpets were covered in pet hair and smelled so bad! We tried to clean them once ourselves with a commercial cleaner and it did nothing.

I found Deep Impact Pro, called and from the first moment speaking with Alex I knew this company would be the one we chose. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, reliable and honest! They came out asap for a free estimate and we were booked less than a week later. Quote was great and the work was amazing. We are VERY happy with the final product. Alex was honest in letting us know some of the stains might return, only two did which was incredible (the floors were really bad as the previous renters had numerous pets). Will absolutely be calling them back for carpet cleaning as well as other needs! Thank you again Alex & crew!

This review is long overdue, but Alex and her team are truly remarkable. The stench in our carpet was so strong that it didn't go away with one treatment. However, Alex took the carpet back with her and did a second treatment free of charge. The stench is fully gone and we could not have asked for more.

DFEP IMPACK PROS saved our basement, our downstairs office, and our playroom! We got hit pretty badly with floodwaters from Ida, and the professionals at Deep Impact came immediately and removed all of the water, debris, mess, and smell! They used dehumidifiers, fans, blowing equipment that I've never even seen before. Their cheery attitudes never waivered as they moved furniture, cut up and removed soaked carpets, sucked out waters, sprayed, prevented mold and further disaster in our home.

We had Deep Impact come to clean our vents, carpets, couch and a glider chair and they were on time, professional and my old WHITE carpets LITERALLY look brand new! Between my two kids and dog, the carpets had seen better days and Deep Impact make they cleaner then I could have ever imagined. I plan to schedule them yearly for a good cleaning. Team did an amazing and thorough job in cleaning a sectional, I thought ruined by my large dog. Removed stubborn stains that another company could not. Amazing results! Deep Impact has incredible customer service and commitment to the work that they do. Our carpets have not looked this good since the day that we moved in 10 years ago. Deep Impact just got done thoroughly cleaning the carpets in my apartment and they did such an amazing job. They got rid of nasty animal urine stains left from a previous tenant like it was nothing. I am very pleased with Deep Impact and their services. David and Alex where able to remove stains that I had been told by other carpet cleaners would never come out. They where curtious and professional, and surprisingly affordable. I have already booked with them again, but for Airduct cleaning. I will make sure to review that service once completed.

We had Deep Impact come in for vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They were very thorough going through each vent spending lots of time. They explained everything really well. Their prices were lower than the competition performing the same quality of work. The townhouse took close to 4 hours to complete, which tells you how thorough they were (and how bad the vents at our new rental were). My wife and I were very pleased with their work.

I have been a customer of Deep Impact for many years and they are awesome! They are easy to schedule with, always on time and they work miracles on my carpets. My carpets are getting older and whenever I think I should replace them Deep Impact cleans them and they look like new. Carpet installers must hate them!
