I hired this company for duct cleaning as well as for mold removal. They were very professional, the pricing was good and they were on time and did the job very quickly and efficiently. They also waived a visit fee when they came initially and advised me to get my HVAC checked by a specialist prior to them doing the treatment. I would highly recommend them as it's very difficult to find honest folks in this business who don't overcharge and don't hesitate to give clients the right advice!

I'm so glad I hired this company. Omaar was extremely nice and very professional. He did an outstanding job cleaning my probably never been cleaned before air ducts. I even got to see pictures of what it looked like! He also cleaned my dryer vent. And changed the air conditioning filter. With a 1 1/2 year old and a baby on the way, we are ready for clean air flow! Very friendly guy and a family man himself. The job was done in a clean Manor. I would absolutely recommend there services. And I will be calling again. Thank you so much!

They did not use dust bags on their equipment when they serviced my neighbor's house. All the dirt was blown right in front of my house including the front door, windows, garage and front yard after my house was recently washed. I can not comment on their service since I didn't use them but obviously they don't care about the surroundings or the mess they create outside the house.

We had the Juan from NO 1 CLEANERS service and clean all of our ducts and vents a few weeks ago. I was really happy with this service. They were very professional and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and answered all of my questions we have to make an upgrade with the invoice because we had mold issue but they give me a great price.

The service made a huge difference in the air in our home and we'll definitely use these guys for when we service our ducts and vents in the future. Definitely recommend and Juan as a tech.

Within minutes of examining my ducts, the service person tells me I have mold in my AC unit. Informs me I need remediation of the mold and replacement of all the duct work. Writes a proposal for over $7000. Needless to say I didn't allow them to do the job. For $7000 I could get a new AC and all new duct work. To AC condenser the quote was $499 I have another quote from a reputable company for $199.

I cannot recommend No. 1 Cleaners highly enough. First of all, I initially booked them for a day when we were having painting done. Completely my fault, and yet Juan took it in stride and I had no problem booking them for another time. Juan came back a few weeks later and could not have been more patient, kind, professional and thorough. As a new homeowner I didn't fully understand the details of the system and he was eager to tell me all about it and offer tips for the future. Very grateful for this wonderful work and will be recommending widely!
