We are careful to test drapery fabrics for compatibility before we begin the cleaning process. Whoever answers the phone for this business is beyond rude and clearly doesn't want to do their job. They are unable to transfer phone calls to direct lines so you can't speak with a specific person or department directly which is beyond strange for a business in 2022. She refused to answer anything I asked about the company in regard to their services which again, was super strange. Hopefully the owner of this company sees this because that woman is a huge detractor from business in the short time I spoke with her and is probably doing so to other customers as well. It goes without saying, we will not be using your services and will encourage our business network to use someone else as well.

Critical: Professionalism The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful. I used to work for a carpet cleaning company a while ago in the early 2000's and we didn't treat potential customers that way. She wouldn't give her name, and I won't be calling back. Very rude, just be decent.
