I will first start with the positives. The week before Thanksgiving my brand new dishwasher gave an error code. The error code was for the dishwasher not draining. I called C & C and the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and we were able to get service the same day that I called. That was a huge positive. However, the technician that responded out was less than helpful.
He only spent a few minutes at the house and did not do much to troubleshoot the problem. $95 later, we still do not have a working dishwasher and I am back at square 1 trying to fix the issue.

They replaced my well tank. I'm a 70 year old retired plumber who can no longer crawl under my crawl space. The tech that came was very good. When I got the price I thought it was good. I asked the tech to replace the pressure switch and was charged over $78 for the switch. Retired from my own business I know you can buy a square D switch for $20 all day long. Wow that's quite a mark up. The price I believe was to offset the senior discount. If I need to have a plumber again I will try another company

I have used C&C several times over the years at home and they have always been honest, fast and reliable. First off, when I called to explain what I needed (toilet issues) and to schedule service, Wendy was super nice. She was patient, answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate breakdown of what the costs would be. Then, she called me back before my scheduled service date to let me know that they could fit me in a day earlier. When Jeff (the tech) came out, he was courtesy, professional and diligent, getting right to work.
Once he found what the issue(s) were, he gave me a lot of great information. He was just simply the nicest guy, very informative and so helpful answering all of my questions. I will definitely be calling C&C again. Thank you!

C&C to my rescue, I wake up to no water pressure and soon with no water at all. Asked a few friends who they recommend and boy were they ever right. Called and they were able to fit me in and were nice enough to schedule around my busy day to meet me and go over everything. New well pump it is. Such a pleasure to do business with honest and friendly people. If I ever have plumbing problems again I will defiantly be calling them back. Thanks for a great job guys!

I contacted C and C because my water heater wasn't working. I had already tried replacing the heating elements and that didn't fix the problem so I asked them to come out and replace the heater. The service technician that came to the house was friendly, efficient, professional, and cleaned up after his work. Other than a new water heater it looked like he was never there.
He also gave me advice on how to service the new heater because access to the elements and thermostats is different on the new heater. This is why I didn't give the company a lower rating. All this said, I didn't need a new $1,000 water heater. I needed a $13 breaker. The technician didn't take the time to check to see if my heater was receiving efficient power before removing and replacing it.
When the new one wasn't producing hot water it took about two minutes to trace the problem to the breaker box and find out the breaker was bad. I was able to purchase and change the breaker myself. I contacted Joe, one of the owners of C and C and told him what happened. He didn't have much to say to me other than 'if there is anything you need in the future. at which point I stopped listening.
There was never an apology or even an excuse. A couple days later my credit card was charged the FULL amount to include labor for the replacement of the water heater which I did not need. I would have been agreeable to paying for a service call (which I did need) and for all the parts I got (since I do have a new water heater now). I'm glad I'm in a position to pay for this colossal mistake and I don't have to chose between hot water or putting food on the table for my family. I'm glad this didn't happen to a less fortunate family.

I got their number off of the internet. They offered a 10% discount for seniors. My daughter was having surgery so I was at Washington Hospital Center when I called. They went to my house and did what seems to be a fine job and the charges where placed on my credit card and they left the bill. When I got home I noticed that I had not received the 10 % discount for being a senior citizen. Called the next day but was told it was to much trouble to refund me the $83.00 difference. Now I have to wonder just how honest they really are!
