I had them come out for duct cleaning post remodel. Great communication throughout the whole process. They came out to my ranch house and determined that the equipment would not reach the entire area that they needed to get to, so they were quick to reschedule another time to come back with different equipment. After their visit I ran into an issue, Chris and his team came out day of to make sure it was not related to their service.which we determined it was not. Great service and highly recommended.

We couldn't believe how good our carpets looked. They were way cleaner than we expected they could be. Everyone was very nice and very professional. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

Chris is very responsive. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly he responded to my inquiry. He was on target with scheduling and kept communication very clear throughout the process. I had a dead animal in my exhaust pipe, which normally does not fall under the jurisdiction of "air duct cleaning", but Mark and Curtis of Krystal Kleen came and finished cleaning our air system, then insisted on finishing the job on the exhaust pipe which is attached to the furnace. They spent an extra two hours cleaning the animal out to make sure my family and I could breathe clean air-without extra cost to us. Then, Mark built a screen out of a mesh filter and covered the exhaust pipe for us.

I am very impressed with not only the quality of the service, but the kindness of the professional team that came to help us. You guys are awesome! Thanks for everything! I cannot recommend you enough!

Wow! Owner Chris really took care of us in an emergency. Friday told cracked heat exchanger. Couldn't be replaced until Tuesday for the furnace we wanted. Called Krystal Klein on Saturday and Chris got our ducts cleaned Monday. The technicians McKinley and Grant were young professionals. Very thorough, clean, and knowledgeable. Before and after photos were shocking. Unbelievable how bad our ducts were. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was near perfect when they left. 5 stars? No way, they deserve 10 stars. Thank you for everything. I Highly recommend them!

I've worked with their team for several years. They know how to work with your insurance company to make sure you get the money you deserve and repair your property so that it is better than it was before the fire or water damage occurred. Highly recommend!

I thought they did a good job - were fairly unintrusive, the holes in the ducts looked professionally done and sealed after. They did take the paint off of some vents with their tape, or forgot to remove tape off a couple vents - so I would say clean up could have been a little better. But overall excellent job!
