We have been with Cleaners R Us for 10 years now - we signed up with them after a bad experience with a previous cleaner and it was the best decision we could have made. Maureen and Marc have always been great with communication and as someone with chronic pain I always feel secure knowing they will always make sure we have cover, even when our regular cleaner is unable to attend. We have a fantastic cleaner now who has been with us for 5 years and is now a good friend also. For total peace of mind, we wholeheartedly recommend Cleaners R Us

We have used Cleaners R US Plymouth for a number of years and wouldn't use any other company. Marc and Maureen are extremely professional and find out your needs before they even approach a cleaner. All the cleaners we have had have been excellent and totally trustworthy. When our last cleaner retired they found a new cleaner so there was no break and they check the standard of cleaning regularly.
They also supplied a cleaner for my Dad and when he became unwell they went above and beyond what could have been expected. Any issues are quickly resolved but we have only had minor issues - we overpaid when my Dad passed away and this was refunded immediately. All cleaners are thoroughly checked and I always feel very safe with them in house. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I paid a 25 agency fee and 24 for two hours cleaning when I moved out of my property, I had cleaned upstairs, the kitchen internals and doors, point he, end panels, and the fridge, i have a built under self cleaning oven and induction hob which I cleaned myself, all that was left was the floor and skirting boards downstairs. New people arrived a week later and phoned as there were areas of the skirting which were filthy, and the kitchen sides were dirty. Considering I had left so little to do in 2 hours I felt this was unacceptable, however, when I complained I was told as it was a week since the clean my complaint would not be upheld.
There WAS hot water available at the property, no one lived at the property for a week so there was no way any mess had been created after the cleaning. I would have done a better job myself, do not waste your money on this company. And the only other review for this company is from the lady who undertook the cleaning, she works for them so would give a 5 star review!
