Has your home or business experienced water damage from a flood? Do you need to have your carpets, rugs or even your ceilings cleaned? In any of these situations, you can trust Spotless Cleaners & Restoration to come out and not only do the job but do it well. Here at Spotless Cleaners and Restoration, we have two large Ultrasonic cleaning machines and IICRC certified personnel to operate them.
Carpet cleaning was the first area of work for the company. Our founder had several years of carpet fiber manufacturing experience that gave us the necessary edge to solve many technical problems for the consumer. This background allowed us to pursue companies with innovative new chemistries and the ability to work with equipment manufacturers.
Refer to your carpet manufacturer's guide for recommendations for your specific carpet. These suggestions represent some remedies that have worked for us in the past but do not guarantee or warrant any specific solution to your particular problem. Remove excess material by blotting with clean white absorbent material or by scraping with a dull knife or ruler.
We get many requests from homeowners to do so. Our success is limited by many factors, the most obvious being the frequency at which these "accidents" occur. If there is minor contamination of the carpet, our process is great but diminishes with the volume of contamination we are asked to remove. Yes, we can cover up some problems with masking agents, and many of our customers are satisfied with this.

Whenever we need a carpet cleaned we take the it to Spotless. They have cleaned many carpets for us and if they can't clean it for whatever reason they tell us that they will try but no guarantee. They know how to clean expensive carpets too. Some carpets we get are made in Persia and China that require special cleaning. Spotless is usually very busy with on site jobs and the wait time to get them clean could take weeks. I usually tell them no rush and get carpets back in 2 weeks. Spotless is also a supporter of the community and is a family run business.

No carpet cleaning company in the many states we have resided in, has EVER cleaned our carpets so well! I have 5 heirloom rugs that I am very picky about. I have tried many different ways to clean them from the DIY to just spot cleaning and the mom did it this way. Nothing was anything, I say anything as good as using Spotless. They are the most professional, hardworking group of men and women you will ever meet. They go above and beyond. They helped me move my furniture to get my rugs back into the perfect spot they needed to be.
They also stored my rugs while my floors were being sanded. All with no extra charge. Don't go waste $$ buying a cheap or even the better carpet shampooer or even renting one. Call SPOTLESS they are worth every penny!

We've tried several carpet cleaners for our rental properties over the years, but we've never got the amazing service that we have gotten since we started using Spotless. We just had some VERY heavily stained carpet cleaned and it looks like brand new. The staff and workers are so kind and accomodating --- I will never use anyone else! We had a pipe break under the kitchen sink in the middle of the night. Not only did the water affect our brand new hardwood kitchen floors and cabinets, but it also went through the vents downstairs, knocked out the bathroom ceiling, ceiling in den, ductwork, and insulation in garage. Matt and coworker were there shortly after we called. They were amazing!
They saved our hardwood floors, had to move everything out of a storage closet downstairs, all the furniture downstairs, everything in the bathroom. It literally took them hours. But the carpet downstairs was saved also. They removed the affected ceiling and duct work and placed fans, heaters, and water removal mats everywhere. It took 5 days, and they were there every single day.
We were just devastated until they took control. As soon as they arrived, we immediate felt like we didn't need to worry. Matt assured us that our insurance would cover the damage, and he was right. He took pictures, kept daily records, and even made a CD for the insurance company. They even did laundry for us, all of the towels and blankets that were soaked downstairs that we threw on the carpet in a panic!
They are amazing! If you ever experience any kind of water leak, call Spotless before you even call your insurance company. They are professionals who will take care of you and your home. Mike Jones and Caleb Anderson did a fantastic job on my hardwood flooring! My large are rugs were picked up from my home and cleaned and returned just like new. My carpets are cleaned and refreshed. Spotless has also cleaned the carpeting in my RV. We have used them several times, and they are always on time, professional, efficient, friendly and do a terrific job. I highly recommend them and the services they provide.

We had some very bad spots on our living room carpet that we could not get out! Another well-known professional cleaner had cleaned the carpet about a year ago and even came back a second time to get up the worst spots---but they kept coming back! I have been watching the funny TV commercials for about 10 years, so I decided to give Spotless a try.
The 2 young men who came over were very nice, polite, professional and helpful. They cleaned the carpet and the kitchen and dining room floors and took an area rug to their shop for cleaning. I'm thrilled to say that the old spots are now GONE! All the floors they cleaned look great, and the area rug looks brand new again! The prices are reasonable and the work is excellent.
