This is a revision of my previous review. I changed my rating because Tommy from Masters Mark called me and personally corrected the problem which was a simple misunderstanding. My shirts were professionally done and I have gotten many compliments on them. I will be back and would recommend their services to my friends and family.

It's pointless to go here if your suits have any stains. Whatever they do, they don't take care enough to make sure that what you gave them is actually clean. The whole reason I decided to get my suits dry cleaned was because of some of the ink stains I had on them. I get the suits back and the same stains are still there. Such a waste of money.

This Dry Cleaner is the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. I have had some horrible experiences with dry cleaners but not this one. I live in Union Sc and my Mother passed away her funeral is Friday but I have to have her clothes at the funeral home today before closing. I looked up cleaners in Spartanburg and this was the first one I saw. I called and spoke with Mrs. Joey and she was wonderful she told me to go ahead and bring it up here and she would have it ready for me today before closing. With No charge and gave me the best hug I have had since all this happened I will never forget her or how helpful she was to me she is an amazing woman.

I have been served well at this location before, although I've requested a few "re-do's" lately. Today I returned two work blouses to be re-cleaned; one for the 2nd time, and another for the 3rd time. I spoke with the manager, who basically told me I was at fault for not showing my spots/stains to Management when I brought the garments in. (I always point any problem area out to the clerks when I drop off.) The manager mentioned that the fabrics were delicate and they ran the risk of damaging the garments if they applied additional measures. OK.
But tell me this, or leave a note on the garment when I pick up, so I can discuss it then. It's so frustrating to get home and find that the stain or smudge is still there. The most frustrating thing is that the manager was borderline belligerent. There was no empathy, no apology, and no admission that they could, or would, do better.
