I dropped off a wedding dress on June 15 and was told it would be ready on July 8. The dress wasn't ready until July 22, and when I picked it up, there were massive stains still on the dress, the hemline was filthy, and there were new stains that hadn't been on the dress. Also, there were holes in the netting of the lace. When we called on July 8 to see if it was ready, the staff person was very rude and insisted that they'd call when it was ready. I ended up calling them on July 22. Very disappointed, and I do not recommend using them.
