Critical: Professionalism, Quality Used this service and they damaged my walls in the process I called the company and told them what happened and they were supposed to send some out to make the repairs which never happened I've called multiple times and nothing has been resolved. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Services: Upholstery cleaning, General carpet cleaning

Overall thought: Nice personnel, poor cleaning process. Prices seem to be on the high end for the quality of work and we experienced increased allergy symptoms post service and debris left around all vents. Lacking attention to detail. Service team arrived at the end of the given window, but called after leaving previous appointment. Upon arrival they were courteous and respected our wishes for protecting our new carpet with booties.
The crew then performed their duties. The crew also pointed out that some of our vents were not secured properly and lightly held on by paint or foam + drywall screws. We were shown the amount of dust and debris that came out of the vents after the crew finished. What I am not impressed with: It would have been nice to be informed to check the vents prior to the crew arrival to use a razor blade on the painted over ones so they would come off cleanly.
The consultant said our dryer vent should be able to be cleaned but the crew were not prepped to do so and we missed out on that. Our hot water heater was also turned off, assuming by accident, and not turned back on. Another note for lack of attention to detail. *Allergy Note* Another inconvenience was the debris and dust that was left behind on the floor and surfaces near the vents.
Perhaps the crew could take a few seconds to clean those surfaces with a microfiber rag or run a dust vac to clean up the mess that was missed by their large vacuum. After the service, we have noticed an increase in allergy symptoms- watery eyes, sneezing, etc. The way they clean the vents is to run an air hose line through the vent and blow debris out with a vacuum hose waiting to catch what flies out.most of it.
In addition, I didn't receive a final receipt for the service. Granted I was busy dealing with pest control crew and a client dropping a pet off, the receipt could have been placed on the door or in the mailbox.

The initial visit with the sales person who did the estimate for me was perfect. He was very professional and personable. The technicians were unable to actually clean my ducts because of some condensation in the duct work, but they did perform a sanitizing of the duct work which eliminated the smell and seems to have removed the bacteria that was aggravating my allergies. I will call them back to perform a thorough cleaning when we get control of the condensation problem. I would recommend this company.

After a recommendation and google search COIT was my choice to clean the kitchen floor. The company sent supposedly an expert to provide a quote. It was higher than I expected but thought they will do a better job. After the actual staff came in to clean the floor I had another story and different cost. It was more than double the quote initially they gave. Started hearing how bad the floor and damaged and the person gave the quote is not an expert.
I started hearing "he" and "they" as they are not the same company. This is happen more and more. You get a quote for a job and when they arrive they try to squeeze more money. Honestly the floor was not any better after the cleaning. They did a good job on the grout cleaning. After little traffic on the floor start showing prints. No polish or seal occurred. Be ware when you hire COIT ask for all the details and steps they will take to clean. Their quote was not clear what they will actually do and I believe on purpose.

My experience had some miscommunication between admin scheduling and service providers in the beginning. When I expressed concern, the director of ops Josh contacted me immediately and everything went fantastic from there. He was timely, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right. His staff (Craig and Drew I believe) cleaned our air ducts and were true professionals and deserve a pay raise.
I had to leave them unattended in my home in order to pick my son up from school in time, but they were so friendly I wasn't concerned about leaving them. I also thought, well they will rush this job now that I'm gone, but they proved me wrong too. His team was attentive and had a passion to do a good job. They showed me all the detail and work that they had accomplished as they did it.
That quality is getting more and more rare nowadays, so I hope Coit recognizes this and appreciates quality associates. I have career in the hospitality industry and appreciate customer care along with quality service. Thank you for your help and recommend them.
