Mark came to pressure wash our home today. We have had 9 years of build up on a yellow house, we did what we could but could never reach the top of the house. I can not say enough nice things about GSPW, Mark was very friendly and professional. He was quick, and our home looks brand new. I had other quotes when I first started looking around and he was BY FAR, the cheapest but he gave what other companies did not.a 2 year guarantee on his work! Really great experience and I could not be happier with the outcome!

Hard to believe that a house and surrounding hardscape can sparkle but that is the only word to describe my property after these guys are done with it. I confess, I have a small power washer of my own BUT it takes me forever and the results are just not as good as what Granite State can achieve. You will absolutely NOT be sorry when you hire this company. Prompt to arrive, returns calls quickly, friendly and do an unbelievable job. I'll be back next year - my 9th in a row!

I called Granite State Pressure Washing and received a prompt return call from Mark. He gave me a fair and competitive quote over the phone after researching my home online. Mark was very accommodating to book me in quickly and came out to my home the same week! When he arrived to my home he discovered an open window and he called and came back later in the day. So nice! He did a fantastic job on my home and was professional. GSPW also guarantees his work for two years.

I recently used the services of GSPW to clean the house before I had painters come to paint the trim. Chris did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The next day I noticed a brown drip in a few places on the front of the garage. I called Mark and he said he would come the next day to take care of it. He arrived promptly and assured me that it was not a serious problem with the vinyl siding, which was a great relief.
He indicated it might be a rusty nail under the siding etc. He took care of the problem at no charge and told me to call him if the problem reappeared. I will certainly use his services again and highly recommend others to his company.

Terrific service. I have seen other fly by night powerwash contractors who buy their gear from Home Depot and run around tearing up everyone's siding. Granite State is the real deal.we had some serious staining due to rainfall on side of house. GS took care of everything including some of the famous spider droppings on our front "white" garage doors.just an excellent service.

I am a firm believer in acknowledging and complimenting great services and customer care when it's deserved. I called and spoke with Mark of GSPW a couple of weeks ago regarding a home I needed washed, as we are placing it up for sale. He asked me several questions and gave me a quote over the phone based on the needs we had: House, fence, mossy walkway, etc.
Very personable on the phone. He arrived promptly for the appointment. When he got done, I could hardly believe it - my dirty, discolored white house was blindingly WHITE! I was advised by my realtor to have someone come after the washing to clean the windows as the washing can often leave debris. No need to, when he was done, even they were clean.
He took the time afterwards to go over the areas that were unable to be cleaned as well as the rest due to permanent discoloration, and offered suggestions on what I could do to improve the appearance. I would not hesitate to contact this company again or recommend them to anyone!
