Robert cleaned my 256 Sq ft. apt. carpet today, and I am again amazed. The carpet was extremely dirty, and it looks now like new carpet. He got every crevice. Price was reasonable at $110. I saw this company dumping the dirty waste water down the city sewer gutters quite a few years ago. Hope they still aren't doing that.

Amazing service. We had water overflow from a sink that a child left on and were left with water flooding the basement in three different areas and the bathroom and adjacent bedroom. Carpet Steamer and Water Restoration came out just thirty minutes after we discovered the issue. They developed a non-evasive, and thus lower cost solution to drying out our carpet, drywall, closet header and wooden joists between floors.

Within twelve hours our carpet was dry and after thirty-six hours everything was protected from being destroyed or from having likely mold issues in the future. We were truly pleased with their speed, genuine attitudes, care for our situation and pocketbook and dedication to their profession.

We got water in our basement after a TON of rain. After calling a few places that told me I would be put on a waiting list but they weren't sure when they would get to me I found this company on google and called them up. They told me they could be here tomorrow but if they got caught up they'd stop over to check things out and come up with a plan.

The guy not only came by tonight but helped us take all of the doors off the closets and rooms so they wouldn't swell and waited while we were waiting on the plumber to come check our sump pump. As soon as the water started to go down they got right to work getting the water out so we could potentially keep our carpet and pad. We were very happy with the service and appreciated the speediness that they got to us.
