A-Done Rite Carpet And Tile Cleaning

I was suggested to use this company and when I called no one answered. So they told me to send a text. I sent a text and I told him I was looking around at different prices. Right when I told him I was looking around at different prices he texted me back saying "just go to someone else I'm not a bargain company." LOL! so rude. I was laughing cuz I was so confused. Anyway. It's very bizarre and very unprofessional. I was willing to pay money, but when he found out I was looking at multiple businesses he freaked out on me.

We have had Jesse come once to clean our tile and grout and later to clean our carpets. Our tile and grout looked amazing. Our carpet, which was disgusting, looked a thousand times better! We are so pleased. Excellent service and great pricing. Service: General carpet cleaning

I was happy they accommodated me on such short notice. Maria and Denyo arrived late, but more because of the labyrinth they had to navigate through in our complex. They were pretty thorough and did the deep cleaning that I desperately needed and stayed as long as was necessary. On-site communication was an issue to make sure you let John know in advance your requirements. Other than that, pricing was reasonable and I am very pleased with their work. I highly recommend their service.

I hired Jesse to clean my carpets. He came today. I had new carpet installed on my stairs that morning and he was scheduled right after to clean the bedroom carpets. Shortly upon arriving, Jessie stepped in mud outside and then stepped on my BRAND NEW freshly installed stair carpet and got it stained. When I confronted him on the matter he claimed my yard was muddy and wouldn't walk in the grass again (it had rained the night before).

He said the mud would come right out and ran his machine over it. While some of the stain was removed it is still visible. I want to warn others about my experience with this company and my advice to you would be to please ask him to remove his shoes before cleaning your carpet. It was a mistake but preventable had he been more careful and cautious. Unfortunately I was Done Wrong by Done Rite carpet cleaning.

They do great work cleaning tile and carpets they are reliable and the prices are reasonable. I have referred them to several friend's and clients and their all where satisfied with the work and have referred them to their friends and relatives already. Great job!

Our older carpet with 3 kids & previously 2 cats was ugly & smelly. It was to the point where I wouldn't even have people over it was so embarrassing. Jesse came and brought it back to life and cured the pet odor in several spots. Trustworthy, competent and a nice guy. Thanks Jesse!

I was beyond impressed with the job Jesse and the entire Done Rite team completed at my home. I have indoor dogs and will leave the rest up to your imagination as to the damage done after three years. After contacting Jesse, who was incredibly considerate and professional, I left for work in the morning and came home to carpets so clean my jaw was on the floor. I was referred to Jesse at Done Rite by a business associate, and I couldn't be more pleased. I had a unique problem that every other carpet cleaner I called declined to do. When I spoke with Jesse, he too conceded that he had never been asked, nor had he ever done what I was looking to do, but instead of saying no, he thought about it and said he thought he might have a couple of options to tackle the problem. Jesse showed up on time, sized up the concern, did a small test, and went to work.

The result was fantastic - and turned out better than we expected. We are thrilled we found Done Rite and when we need it Done Rite again, we will be giving Jesse a call! (For those who want to know what we asked him to do: We had a 8' high by 16' wide piece of artwork on a frame, hanging on a wall. The fabric was a polyester fabric and most of the background around the edges was white.

During storage, handling and installation, the white background got quite a few hand prints and dust and dirt. Behind the fabric was a rigid foam board with a paper face. No other cleaner wanted to attempt the cleaning for fear that the water and cleaner solutions would damage the artwork and the paper faced backing. Jesse did a great job of being very careful with the amount of water and cleaning solution that went on to the fabric and the result was awesome!)
