Excellent Window Cleaning

Oh Yes! EWC has been cleaning my 73 windows for years. I have an incredibly steep area and the windows are hard to reach but they get them clean every time. I am thrilled be able to say they are worth the price to get the job done right! Thank you!

Updated June 2nd, 2022 Adam, the owner contacted me and personally scheduled to meet my timeline. a two man crew arrived and completed a flawless, efficient window cleaning. Highly recommend and pleased to receive excellent service as in the past many years. ==== For the past 10 years I've used Excellent Window Cleaning. Last year the company started using ground wand brush cleaning. Using excessive water and leaving water spots.

In the past, the company used ladders and hand cleaning with high quality results. The cleaning had fair and transparent pricing when scheduling since I was a previous customer and they knew my home. Today I called to request the ground wand brush cleaning not be used and was told No by Tony. I let him know hand cleaning had been used for almost a decade on my home and he interrupted and stated the primary estimator would need to review that request in person.

I disconnected the call after Tony's refusal to listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, this vendor was consistently 5 stars. Photos are from last year. Update, May 2022. Adam contacted me to resolve the service issue in a quick and pleasant manner. I'll update the review after work is complete.

I'm walking around with a smile on my face today because my window look.well. excellent! My house is 5 stories, built into a hill, with a lot of windows. Teo and crew came and made it look easy. Price was a steal for the quality. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with my clean windows. First time I have paid someone to clean them, money well spent. We have always done them ourselves but as we get older climbing a latter to get to the outside is not a good idea and lifting them out is difficult as they are heavy.

Growing up in Germany, my mom would clean all the windows in hour house every four weeks. And that's not an anomaly: the traditional "German housewife" is very particular about her windows and it's seen as good etiquette to have your windows presentable as visitors might judge you for it otherwise. Fast forward to me living in the woods in Mill Valley 20+ years later: We moved into our home back in 2014 and most of the windows in our house haven't been cleaned since. Gasp!

The reason for that is that we have skylights that are very hard to clean and other windows that are just too hard to reach for us. (High-ceiling houses are great but do come with challenges.) We hired Excellent Window Cleaning and we are really happy with the results. Teo and his crew did a great job and I would recommend anyone calling them if they have hard-to-reach windows. By the way, don't tell my mom we hadn't cleaned our windows in over 8 years!

Excellent cleaned our windows, two stories, inside and out. They have a team that comes, and our windows look amazing and they were done in no time. Will definitely use them every time.

We hired them to the outside, inside and the screens and tracks. After they finally showed up they broke our screens and did an absolutely abysmal job with the cleaning. Literally every part is worse off than before they got here. We were given $50 off our total charge which I guess will cover a screen patching kit. What a completely terrible experience from start to finish.

They came on time, worked hard and gave us a good deal on our windows. It was a big job and they got it done in two days.

Fantastic job on a 2 unit Victorian. They were able to give me a quote (which held true) over the phone using google street view. The morning of the appointment, Sergio was right on time and he and his workers did a beautiful job. Both units of this building are tenant occupied, so I met them on site, unlocked all access doors, but turned the job over to them with the request that they lock up when they were through.

Our tenants were home and commented on how polite and efficient the workers all were. They did a fantastic job and responsibly locked up behind themselves when they were through. Our previous window cleaner had moved so this was the first time we contracted with Excellent. I will definitely keep their contact in my books for our own use and all our other rental properties as well.

Always get a WRITTEN quote before the work starts! Work was great. Billing and payment experience, pretty darn lousy.

The window cleaning service was good. They did ask to reschedule to a different date, and when I said we couldn't do that, they changed the arrival time on the original date, which was a bit annoying.

This outfit really knocked it out of the park. The crew was thorough, friendly, efficient--and, as just like the name of the business--they did an absolutely excellent job of cleaning the windows. Inside and out, my windows are spotless, including some that are tricky to reach. Highly recommend.

The cleaners are great, the office staff are helpful, and this is a company that's been around since the '80s Services: Gutter cleaning, Glass & mirror cleaning, Interior & exterior window cleaning, Power/pressure washing, Rooftop/skylight cleaning

The windows are clean BUT the springs that hold the screens in place (2 screens in one room) were on the floor, screens replaced without the springs so that I can't remove them AND there is one muddy boot-print on the carpet. When I called I was told that they could return in two weeks, that I should have noticed the problem before they left and that they are not carpet cleaners! So much for customer service.

They gave me a range of price over the phone and the team came out and gave me the final price before starting which was on the lower end of their estimate range. They completed the job and everything was looking good. Good experience I will use them again. Service: Window cleaning

Eduardo did a great job cleaning the windows in our building! He was thorough, efficient, and affordable. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The guys came over and cleaned inside and out. Did a great job. Very polite and professional. I am now able to see out my windows. I am definitely going to be using their services again.

They did a great job yesterday! My next door neighbor saw them working and hired them immediately to do their building as well. They knocked out both buildings and everything looks fantastic!

These people are great. Fair pricing. Showed up on time and ready to go. Did a beautiful job on our windows, inside and out. Went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of some sills where mold had formed -- I asked them to call me when they got there so I could clean that, but they just did it for me. They were fast but very thorough. I highly recommend their service!

Wow! What a great job excellent window cleaning did. They got back to me right away, showed up on time, they were polite, and so hardworking. They power washed the outside of our house, our deck and teak table set and dud the windows. Everything looks brand new again. I would highly recommend them.

They told me it would be around $200 for my house as a estimate over the phone. They came the day or the appointment and said it woul $180. They did a fabulous job and I will call them again. I have 3 story window that very difficult they were able to clean that safely.

Awesome company and definitely the best prices in the business and just cause it's already a quote does not mean it's the final price cause some carpets need extra attention and or clients can ask for something extra to be done or moved and it all cost but it's definitely worth it cause them carpets be smelling and looking amazing even when it's an old carpet that needs to be changed out.
