Babysoft Carpet Cleaning by far exceeded my expectations. Spiro and his father were extremely professional and made our carpets look new again! We have always used ChemDry for years but the last time our carpets stayed wet for days and left a dingy smell. Babysoft Carpet Cleaning has a unique cleaning method that dries your carpets quickly. They cleaned around 9:30 am and carpets were completely dry by dinner. They are super soft and amazingly clean. Definitely would recommend their services! Thanks again Spiro!

We noticed that our laminate flooring was becoming increasingly sticky in spots and difficult to clean. Babysoft returned our questions promptly, and phone contact was made. Appointment made at my convenience and quickly. Day of the cleaning, both Chris and Spiros took the time to identify the type of rugs I had and used the correct solution to clean them. They did a fantastic job. The visibly clean carpet was dry in no time and the most noticeable difference was the lack of an unpleasant odor in the rooms. Babysoft certainly live up to their name. No other cleaners but Babysoft!

EXCELLENT Spiro and his dad went above and beyond! I have 4 dogs and they made my WHITE carpet look new again. They even did an unscheduled repair for me. The price given was exactly what I was quoted on line. I told them what I needed and they told me the correct price. I had a repair, they did not know about, and were very fair on that price! I WILL DEFINITELY BE HIRING THEM AGAIN If you are honest on what you need done there will be no surprise charges THANKS SPIRO

I scheduled the cleaning in advance and was provided a quote for the rooms online. When the crew arrived, they began going through the house, measuring all the rooms and doing the typical carpet cleaners "upsell". Pet treatment, Scotch guard, the usual. I got really pissed when they tried to tell me that some of the rooms were bigger than 250 square feet and therefore they would have to count it as 2 rooms. Incidentally there were a couple rooms that didn't have more than 30 square feet because of beds and furniture in the room, but they gave me some lame excuse why that didn't matter.
Their final quote came out to be $150 more than I was quoted when I booked the job. I'm tired of being hustled by carpet cleaning companies. They think that because they are already there you are just going to roll over and let them force the extra charge down your throat. It's apparent must people just take it which is why they get away with it. I would highly recommend people NOT use this company until they put an end to their dishonest and deceitful practices. I expected more from this company.
