US Cleaning Service

Visited my stepson house this week. The US Cleaning Service maid supposedly cleaned the house the day before my wife and I arrived. The only cleaning that could have been done was to dust the tops of end tables and sweep down the middle of a room. The front of the SS dishwasher was not wiped down, the bottom shelf of end tables were not dusted and the bathroom floor was supposedly mopped.

I doubt this as there was hair all over the floor. The maid probably thought she made out well for getting paid to do 3 hours work that she did in one hour After my previous post concerning what was considered poor service by U.S. Cleaning Service, they contacted me immediately to get to the bottom of the issue. They made things right with my stepson by sending one of their staff to his residence a day later and doing a thorough cleaning. I can't say enough about how they truly make the best effort to make sure their clients are satisfied.

This is the only cleaning company I have found that have actually been able to do what I need them to do. They also gave my place the best cleaning it has had. Other companies "deep cleans" were not actually very deep of a clean. This company actually did what they said they would do. I hope to keep using them for many many more services to come!

Dad's house was in bad shape. By the time Jackie finished it was shining. I can't say enough about the great job that was done. I will recommend this service to everyone!

Easy to Book Online and choose what I needed to have done on their website. Price was reasonable for a Deep Cleaning. A team of 2 arrived, worked without stopping for more than 4 hours, and left my home sparkling clean. I couldn't be happier. I will subscribe for a regular cleaning service in the future, they offer 15% discount for biweekly recurring cleaning!

The cleaning ladies showed up to my home on time, as delineated by the mgt. co., exactly as estimated. This being our first detailed cleaning, and while we keep a very clean home, my disabilities have prevented me from keeping my home as clean as I was always capable. When I returned home, I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness of my home, including our windows.

Being ex military I examined my home and found it to be absolutely spotless. I would earnestly recommend this organization to anyone who expects professionalism and results. The cost is more than reasonable for the service provided. I am impressed and will recommend this organization to all of my associates, friends and family. Thank you for the outstanding job!

Casandra has a well trained staff. We have used U.S Cleaning for two years. We go golfing while they clean the house. They show up on time and we are totally satisfied.

Easy online booking and they did a great job. We hired U.S. Cleaning Service to clean a new house that we had not moved into yet. Booked online, left instructions. I showed up days later to find a sparkling clean new home ready to move into. I love the fact that you can pick your appointment time and pay online. I would definitely use them again.

I really like U.S. Cleaning Service - they do a great job (the three times I've used them), and this last time they came, I discovered that they had scrubbed literally everything, even my toothbrush holder. The booking system is super easy, you can chose what you want without "surprise fees", and you receive an email reminder that the scheduled cleaning was upcoming. Their prices are a bit higher than other but totally worth it. I see me using them for a long time =)

Great value and great service! We are glad we found them in Brevard County, FL. My home never looked so clean with other Maid Service I had clean my home until I used U.S. Cleaning Service, LLC .The 2 workers do a top notch cleaning job.
