He came late afternoon on a Friday and fixed our issues. Very reasonable rates and I highly recommend!

Saw this Drain Doctor truck parked over 2 handicapped parking spots today at 115.no workers in site.this is horrible and uneceptable. This all e causes me and hopefully any who see this to NOT do business with this Niagara Falls based company.

Highly recommend! Both the receptionist and the technician were pleasant and reasonable. I called at 7:15 am & had a person on site at noon who snaked the basement drain, found the trap ( under the porch) & suggested a number of solutions to enable future access. No hard sell, no patronizing bullshit.

Had a bad experience with this company, Called to fix a leak at my stationary tub, They showed up and complained about how busy they were. Said they would be back 8/21/2015, Then called and said they were to busy, could not help us What kind of answer is this, The person that was here called me, not Drain Doctor, I will never call this company again for anything in my life, and I will spread the word.
