Dycarp Carpet Cleaning

A very kind duo came out to do an extraction & cleaned the carpets. Thoroughly explained what they were doing, were in and out as quick as possible, worked around me and a baby, and were overall just very friendly people! Highly recommend if your carpets need some TLC!

DO NOT HIRE.If I could, I would give Dycarp zero stars. Our experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. We hired them after a recommendation from our realtor, to clean our carpet for our new tenants. After the work was done and our tenants moved in, they said the carpet smelled disgusting, like dirty water. There is no reason for this considering our carpet is only a year 1/2 old.

We have never had pets including dogs inside the house considering I don't like animals in the house. After arguing back and forth, they finally came back out to re-clean the carpet and assured him that the carpet would be cleaned properly. The cleaning technician that came out had the audacity to argue with the elderly father of our tenants, making up lies that we had a dog in the house and that the carpet was old.

The tenants assured him that that was not the case considering they had been in the house at least two times prior and the house smelled great and the carpet looked great. The technician spot checked a few areas. Which is far from what we were told they were going to do to rectify the problem. He continued to argue with our tenants saying that he didn't smell anything bad and that he was not told to provide anymore than spot cleaning.

This company is extremely unprofessional in there customer service and the work they provide. Buyer beware.do not hire this company to clean your carpet. It will come out worse than when they began.

Awesome Clean! Dycarp was GREAT to deal with. The professionals at Dycarp arrived with a truck mounted carpet cleaning system (not that thing you rent at food lion). The water poured out at 250 degrees deep cleaning the carpets in my office. There is but so much a vaccuum cleaner can do. They pulled out years of heavy traffic and my carpets look brand NEW; yes, brand NEW. Ok, so I've got heavy duty commercial carpet, it looks brand NEW.

Mark and Jeff were respectful of my furniture, moved it when necessary and put little foam pads on wooden and metal legs to prevent any damage. Debbie in the office was professional and coordinated with my admin to be here when they said they would and have us ready for their arrival. The price was reasonable and I was happy to pay right away and tip the team for their expert service. I only wish I could give them extra stars. They truly earned my recommendation.

I used Stanley Steemer 1 time and they were ok but wanted to charge extra for a lot of stuff. When I bought a small townhouse as an investment people told me I was crazy to try and clean the carpets, that i'd have to replace them. Someone recommended Dycarp and the carpet came out looking like new! I have used them and recommended them ever since at my personal house and the townhouse.

They have always exceeded my expectations and I'll never use anyone else. The workmen are always friendly and efficient and they never try to tack on any extra charges! I've recommended them every chance I get.

They have always done and amazing job on our carpet. We have been using them for many many, years and have always been happy with their work. After the cleaning my carpets look brand new. They have nice employees too!

We've used Dycarp for several years. They've always shown up as stated and their work has always been excellent. Two weeks ago I called to schedule a cleaning appointment, which went well. The night before our scheduled appointment we received a call to confirm, however we weren't given a specific time frame as in the past. I asked for a time frame and was told "probably in the morning".

The day of our appointment, after several hours waiting (2:30 pm) I called the office to find out when the cleaners would show up. I was told that I would have to reschedule for next week. I canceled because that week was not doable for us. My bone of contention is the lack of a courtesy call to alert us of the need for them to make changes. Very unprofessional!

My wife and I put in more effort than this company did in working with our insurance and installing our new carpet. Nobody calls back in a timely manner. Flat out lies and inconsistencies constantly with this company. They never seemed to care, and treated time-sensitive situations with flippant and apathetic behavior. They did not treat us, the customer willing to pay for additional work that our insurance wouldn't cover, with respect.

We went months and months with no carpet in our home, and zero effort on their part to fix that problem. Save yourself time and stress by going literally anywhere else for your carpet needs.

So impressed with this company. Left message on late Saturday, for service, and received call back, on next business day. Was quoted estimated price over the phone. Telephone receptionist was so professional, so polite, just excellent customer service. The carpet cleaner and his assistant arrived on time, was very friendly and did an excellent job on cleaning my carpets, in a 7th. floor condo building. One of the few companies that will still provide service to a high rise building. So grateful! Will certainly use again!

I usually got my carpet cleaned by Stanley steemer. However this time I needed carpet repair as well. I normally only do business with major companies because they have established procedures. But i decided to call around because of the repair work. One carpet clean place I called informed me they clean only, no repairs. They recommended dycarp. I thought to myself that they not only are turning away business but they are sticking their neck out for another company.

I still wasnt convinced. When I compared price, dycarp had the better price. I decided to take a chance as I found no bad reviews online. The gentlemen arrived and were very professional. I felt they knew their job so I went to work in confidence while my 19 year old son stayed home. Still I'm hard to please and expected something less than perfection. But when I got home I was relieved to see perfection. I'm very satisfied and will use dycarp next time as well.

I love Dycarp. They do an excellent job with carpet cleaning. Just last year I needed them to clean utility room titles that were stained due to a paint can accident. They spent a lot of effort trying to remove the stain; actually went above and beyond.

I have used several carpet cleaning services over the years. None come close to the excellent work done by the professionals at Dycarp. Before they cleaned my carpet, I thought I needed to replace some of it. They cleaned my carpets so well, I do not need to replace. Recommend them highly.

Had Dycarp come in and clean our carpets for the holidays and couldn't be happier with the results. There were several spots that I never expected to come clean, but voila! When they were done, the carpets in each room they did looked brand new! Would absolutely recommend them based on the job they did. Very satisfied!
