Air Duct Cleaning. I have dealt with asthma and allergies for most my life. After years of living in the same house, we finally got our air ducts cleaned and disinfected. SERPROs rep. showed up for the initial evaluation and explained the entire process with interest and concern. On the day of service, they were punctual, clean, thorough and professional.

I couldn't ask for anyone more passionate about their craft. It has been a week sense the cleaning and we are breathing better and our home smells fresh and clean. The past years of pet dander, dust and debris. Like it never happened!

The house fire was devastating for me. A picture or two alone cannot emphasize just how devastating. However I am very satisfied with the service I received from this crew at ServPro of Roanoke. Alesha, Shelby, Alaina, German, Manuel Jr, and Manuel Sr are very courteous employees and hard workers. They did a great job for me. Servpro, its truly like their advertisement says, "like it never happened". They have helped me out on multiple catastrophes over the years. From water damage resulted from a broken pipe to now the challenges of covid. Their staff, from management to the techs are all definitely part of the same team. Its not often in todays world that I would feel comfortable saying that. Again, top to bottom, the skill and knowledge and more to the point, the desire to do the job, do it right, presents a level of confidence that "its gonna be alright, like it never happened".

When $hit hits the fan, having that confidence means the world, I know, I've been there, and Servpro has been there for me. I dont write a lot of online reviews, but if any business I've ever dealt with deserves some online praise its these guys. Highly recommended.

We had our basement get excessive water puddling in it from a recent storm. It was between 830-9pm when I called them. My first question was the cost. I was told $500. We agreed to have them come. I gave the tech a credit card over the phone for the $500. They came out about 11:15pm, stayed until about 2am, left their machines running for almost a week before coming to pick them up. Moved furniture and didn't put it back, left footprints on the carpet from going outside, and even spilled water from one of their machines and didn't clean it up.

Between the initial visit and the time they came to pick up their equipment, a guy came out to do what I thought would be a mold remediation assessment to see if we'd need that option but no, he didn't do anything while there. 20 days later, I get a phone call telling me we owe an additional $1300 for their services. At no time during the course of the transaction were we ever told there would be additional charges! VERY SHADY way to do business! Had I known it would have been an $1800 charge to suck water out of the basement, I never would have agreed to have them come out! Very dishonest and I wouldn't care if my whole house went under water - I will NEVER Call them again!

I have known the dedicated and helpful ServPro team member, Lisa Bain for a few years. When the organization I worked for underwent some major foundation repair work, it created a huge mess we were not prepared for and left concrete dust coating every surface! I immediately knew Lisa could help. I was connected with Morgan, our project manager, and he met with me several times to review the project and provided me with a reasonable estimate.

We had two and a half days of a big work crew meticulously cleaning every surface and Morgan was onsite to supervise. Before they packed up to head home, we did a walk through and they willingly touched up any areas of concern. I am so pleased with how it turned out and while I hope we don't need to call them again, I certainly would!

We recently suffered the tragic loss of my 14 year old son. Without going into too much detail, there was extensive cleaning needed. We contacted Servpro (because I believed them to be a professional company) and requested assistance with this process. Due to the trauma of losing my son, my fiance handled the details as it was too difficult for me at the time.

It took a week for them to get in and begin the cleaning process (they said they didnt have anyone available). Because of this delay most of our possessions were ruined. On top of losing my son and most of our belongings, the project manager Mike Thrasher flirted with and texted inappropriate photos of himself to my fiance! She did not do or say anything to prompt this behavior.

This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially during such a tragic time in our lives. The entire process was dragged out at each turn and I finally received an OUTRAGEOUS bill after several months. They did not even complete all of the work requested! We were completely taken advantage of! This was the worst experience of my life and I would never recommend this company for ANYTHING! Call someone else!

I highly recommend Servpro for their customer service and their attention to detail both in cleanup and restoration. Michael and his mitigation team came in and cleaned up the water damage and debris after a large evergreen tree fell on my house. Then Ty came in with his restoration team of Mike and Frank and other subcontractors to rebuild the roof and to repair all the other damage done to my house. Though this was a very stressful time for me, Ty, with his oversight and expertise, not only got my house restored but helped me keep my sanity. Thanks Ty!

Shawn and Dennis did a fantastic job today. They were professional, and their work product was excellent. They also are two really nice gentlemen, and were great to chat with. I honestly hope I never need to use SERVPRO again - because that means I've got a mess on my hand, but if that does happen, you will be the first call I make!

Robbie and his team (particularly Dakota and Robert) were fantastic to work with during such a stressful time with the basement flood. Not only was the team punctual, reliable, and incredibly hard working, but their communication skills in particular are commendable - they called before coming, explained all tasks being done and for what reason, checked in routinely and had great patience walking me through the clean-up process. These folks took what could have been me having a nervous breakdown to making me smile and laugh each day. I can't thank them enough!
