CleanOffice is a full-service commercial janitorial service-provider that supports the entire DC Metro region including Arlington, Alexandria, Chantilly, Fairfax, Reston, Washington D.C., and Bethesda, M.D. Over our 15 year history we developed internal service offerings to effectively support commercial, multi-family, retail and special use clients across the entire metro area.
CleanOffice provides high quality service to over 200 customer sites in the DC metro region ranging from individual bank branch locations to. However, our highest concentration of clients are in the Class-A office building market, which accounts for 8+ million square feet of commercial space. Greg Buchner has served as President of CleanOffice since 2002 and oversees all day-to-day operations of the company. In 2016, Greg took over the added role of CEO, and focuses on identifying and implementing strategies to effectively expand the company's operations and its ability to serve its clients.

One of the employees at my company tested positive for COVID. We use CleanOffice in our office building, but I needed a company to sanitize customers' homes that our employee had been inside. I called our rep, Heather Parker, and asked if CleanOffice could do it. She told me that they do not do residential cleaning, but would try to help me find someone.
This was on the eve of a holiday weekend and Heather spent hours contacting companies she knew and found us someone (Larry Greene with EnviroSafe) who could do our residential cleaning over the holiday weekend. EnviroSafe did an exceptional job and our customers were very satisfied. In the end, Heather and CleanOffice went above and beyond what we pay them for in a time we needed help the most.

Finding a thorough, dependable, professional commercial cleaning company can be an exhausting challenge. I am very happy that I found exactly that in CleanOffice. The responses I received in the bid process were incredibly varied, but CleanOffice was the most thorough and communicative. There were some challenges as we onboarded, but each time there was an issue I had at least one person responding immediately to any need.
