I was pressure washing in Shelby, NC a few weeks ago and my machine broke down. I needed a part so I googled a place that did pressure washer repair and this guy came up. I called probably 20 times during the course of an hour. Left messages and even sat outside the business for as long as I could. Nobody ever showed up and to this day he hasn't returned my call. This was during the week and during business hours. I get that maybe something came up and he had to leave but to not return a call for over 3 weeks. Not acceptable.
