Aspen Maintenance has provided janitorial service at an 18,000 square foot office building we manage in the Cherry Creek area for the past 13 years. It's a difficult building with 55 private officers, 9 restrooms. 2 large client waiting areas and a kitchen. In addition to cleaning the building at night, Aspen inventories and supplies paper products, soap, light bulbs, etc. which makes our lives much easier. Mark and the entire team at Aspen Maintenance have been amazing and have taken care of us for years. With a 36,000 square foot office building, I am not sure how they do it so well! Fair, honest and reliable are just a few words I have to describe this company. Mark has accommodated us as CoVid impacted our office space and has been flexible to make sure that we got what we needed and nothing we didn't need.

I love how they actually self regulate and share their feedback for their cleaning crew. If I have an issue, I take a picture on the app and they respond immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen and Mark's entire team.

For several years now my experience with Aspen Maintenance is that they do a good job and keep my buildings clean. They also are easy to get a hold of when special circumstances arise. Aspen Maintenance has been servicing our buildings for years. Mark, Randy and the team are very responsive to our needs if there is an issue or if we need emergency help from issues beyond anyone's control. Our experience with Aspen Maintenance started well, our facility was cleaned to the standards as communicated by Mark and as stated in our contract. After a few months, however, the quality of cleanliness devolved dramatically to the point where it was actually disgusting (a fruit fly infestation due to unemptied trash, followed by a house fly infestation for the same reason).

The cleaning crew stopped cleaning the bathrooms and break rooms, they emptied a fraction of our trash cans, even after multiple conversations with Mark expressing our dissatisfaction. I understand that Aspen Maintenance is having trouble maintaining employees and, while I sympathize, it does not change the fact that we expect our facility to be cleaned according to the standards as set forth in the contract. In the end, we had to part ways and secure another maintenance company.

I've worked with Aspen Maintenance for over twenty-five years. The company was small when I was first introduced to them. And it's been refreshing to see how they've maintained the consideration and attention to detail as they've grown considerably larger, over the years. This is especially the case with my small office. I realize that I'm not a large account for them. Yet they treat me as if I am the only customer that matters. If you are in need of janitorial services, I can't recommend this company highly enough!
