Peak Window Cleaning, LLC has been serving the Foothills and Mountain communities since 1996. Peak is owner operated by the husband and wife team Rob & Valerie Simpson. We are based out of Evergreen and enjoy living and working in our beautiful mountain community. Rob has been cleaning windows for over 26 years.
Peak Window Cleaning, LLC has been in business for over 23 years and has left sparkling clean windows at over 3,100 customers' homes. We appreciate our customers and give them the service we would expect to receive. It is our goal to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. We are based out of Evergreen and enjoy living & working in our beautiful mountain community.
We have provided an online estimate for your convenience. Online estimates are for routine cleanings and do not include extra scraping if needed, extreme ladder work, or other obstacles. If you prefer, we are glad to give you a free in-person estimate or over-the-phone estimate. Just call us at (303) 670-7321.
Due to the variety of locations serviced and home sizes, we schedule each job personally either by phone or email. Note: Due to high demand in our busy summer season, we are often scheduling 4-8 weeks in advance, so call early for best availability. If you are not a new customer, please use our returning customer form to schedule a cleaning.

Super easy scheduling, our window cleaner showed up on time and got all our windows done inside and outside in a timely manner. He was thorough, super friendly and professional. I live in beautiful Evergreen and Peak Window Cleaning has cleaned my windows twice for me. We have the most spectacular view of the front range from our livingroom and having spotless windows is pretty important to me! Both times they did a quality job and if you can please me with this sort of thing you can please just about anyone! Not only are they hard working but professional and friendly! I contacted Peak Window Cleaning to clean both inside and outside of our windows. They responded same day and were able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. I happened to catch them at my neighbor's house and the owner estimated the job on the spot. Very reasonable price and we were on the schedule to be completed within a week after accepting the estimate. As others have said: Spotless. Not a single streak, which I cannot say for my two previous window cleaners. The technician was the most careful and thorough that we have ever employed. If you care about the safety and conscientiousness of the people doing the job, I'd say this is your window cleaning company.
