Jetter Clean technicians will only come into your home with their boot covers on and with our blue roll rugs, ensuring that your home stays clean. Once in, the technician will insert a hose into the clogged pipe, drain or tile to open it up so it can be flushed out with water. Then we use our Advanced Water Jets to propel down through your pipes.

Jetter Clean is a locally owned pipe, tile and drain cleaning business, and provides services to Mankato, Fairmont, Le Sueur, Rochester, Owatonna and Lakeville. Then the phone rang and interrupted their party. They had a wedding of their own going on there, but they were having some problems with their drains.
Monday thru Friday all our phone numbers are answered by our Mankato Office. After hours and on Weekends the Technicians that are on Call will answer the phone. I had great service and customer experience with Cody from Jetter. We had our kitchen sink backed up this morning and they were able to come out later the same day. He was super friendly and got our drain cleared out for us, we are all good to go. Overall it was a great customer experience and our drain is working better than it has since the day we moved in.

5/11/22 Jason from Jetter Clean was very professional & knew what he was doing. I appreciate how he informed me what process he'd go thru & explained results. ( attached picture speaks volumes!). Big hit right away when he put on his blue shoe coverings to walk thru the . Very nice guy, thanks Jason.

Luke came out and did a great job. He was on time and very thorough. Went over several options. Went over everything we saw with the drain scope and explained in detail what we were looking at. He was also very informative regarding what I can do in the future to keep the health of my drains and plumbing in top shape. Would definitely use again. Thanks Luke!

Had a typical backed up sewer line. Called Jetter Clean. They were here in less than 15 minutes, and out the door done with the clog in about 30. Reasonable price and Jason was down to earth and very professional. Even helped me clean up the mess a little bit. Appreciate the fast and professional service! Will most definitely call them again. I called late afternoon on a Friday. We had been anxiously waiting a home warranty company (since Wednesday morning) to help us with our plugged toilet, which backed up into a bathtub & our basement utility room floor drain. Surprisingly we were told someone would be to our house shortly to assess. Within less than an hour of calling, he arrived to our rescue!
He was very friendly, knowledgeable, & had our drain cleared out quickly. He showed us with the drain camera how our plumbing worked, explaining how our low flow toilets need extra water flushes, & which brands of toilet paper break down best. He cleaned up after himself -even spraying an effective & nice smelling spray. :) I can't say enough nice things about this experience. We would recommend them to anyone & are thankful for their service.

Luke from Jetter Clean provided great service. I needed the perimeter tile around my house cleaned out. It hadn't been cleaned in over 35 years. He explained what he was going to do at the start, then stopped a couple of times as different issues were found. He explained the options clearly and gave great advice. He left the place clean and with a very satisfied customer.

Jason was fast, friendly and professional. He took the time to listen and offered helpful solutions to keep the drains flowing in the future. In addition, Jason was very careful to keep everything neat and clean in all areas where he walked or performed repairs. 5 stars for being honest and hardworking! Jason came out to fix what I assumed was a drain clog. The more I began explaining things, he decided to do some looking around for me. It turned out that the drain wasn't clogged but our pump was having an issue. He did what he could for me while there, explained how the systems work and told me who I needed to call. Thanks so much! Jason from the Mankato location came to help with a frozen drain pipe. He was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in sharing information, showing me what to look for and do if something else happened with my septic.
