The prices here are outrageous. I had one dress dry-cleaned, (a simple sleeveless, hem at the knee, navy dress with no frills) and it was 35 bucks after a coupon! They did a fine job cleaning the dress, but the dry cleaning cost as much as the dress did. Definitely go elsewhere if you are operating on a budget.

I'm a weekly customer at this store. Frequent enough that the regular staff knows me by name and phone number. They are pleasant and friendly. I've noticed they've been training some new people the last couple months. They seem to be doing ok so I'd be inclined to think they got rid of the problems mentioned in earlier reviews.
Regular customers appear to get about 5-10% of what they spend in coupons. My only gripe is that occasionally my clean/press/starch shirts come back wrinkled. I'd guess about 1 in 15, which is frustrating because there is no way the worker who did it didn't see the wrinkles.

Ruined a dress shirt than refused to provide a reasonable refund. Stated it was normal wear and tear although the shirt has only been laundered half the time they suggest it would take to have said "wear and tear" occur. Totally missing the big picture.and now will lose all of my business because of their shortsighted view on how to handle customers.

Steer clear of this place! I used this place for 6-7 years without many problems. But new staffing issues has caused problems the last five times. Lost some clothes, destroyed some clothes, didn't know the pricing, forgot to include a coupon, and finally performed expensive services I did not request but didn't do what I asked. Making matters worse - no one there can actually do anything so you have to wait a few days for a manager to call you back. This "manager" proceeds to accuse me of making up these problems. Seriously awful.

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. Save your clothes and your money. A few months ago, we dropped off some items to get dry cleaned, including a coat with a belt. I picked up the items when ready, and my belt was lost. To brief what happened, everyone was rude. And they tried to salvage the matter by offering me $10 for my loss. Um.my coat was over $200, and could not be worn without the belt!
I complained and told them to look for it, I kept calling - since they wouldn't return my calls. It paid off since a few weeks later, my belt was found. Although I was upset, I realize mistakes happen. But I didn't like the way they handled the situation. They gave me a small credit to return. I wasn't going to go back, but figured they couldn't mess up again. Ha! Was I wrong!
I went in this past weekend and took another coat in with a stain to get cleaned. When ready, it came back.with the stain! Lol I told them that I was NOT going to pay almost $25 to get my coat back in the same condition it was brought in. Chris said if I didn't pay, I couldn't take my coat. He really wasn't the nicest of guys to deal with. Told him to call the manager (Thor) and just as I figured-he didn't care either about my situation.
People there are jokes! So, to conclude. I paid about $20 to leave with a dirty jacket. Did I learn my lesson?! Yes! Will I return?! Heck no! First time, you're a victim. Second, you are a volunteer. I blame myself for giving them a second chance! There are plenty of quality dry cleaners, save your clothes and spend your money elsewhere. You will leave with a headache, ripped off and with dirty garments if you go there!

I was a frequent customer and then they hired some new people who just couldn't figure out how to do their job. I remember being nervous about a really big order (like 8 suits) I brought in. Went to pick it up a few weeks later. I realized later they lost one of my suit pants. I called the place several times but no one could tell me what happened initially.
I made calls to corporate that went nowhere. Turned out, the new employee had rung up the order something like 2 suits and 14 separate items instead of eight suits. When I went to pick up my order the employee didn't take the time to count every piece, she assumed I had everything and rung it up as the original order. So they said I had been given every piece back. Suits are expensive.

I used to really like this place. Friendly people, good prices, and always high quality dry cleaning. Then they hired a new manager. Every time I went there she'd say "pick up or drop off?" I'd say "both." And she'd say, "oh, you're gonna make me work." And she wasn't really kidding. It was hilarious the first 40 times, then it started to get old.
