This is the absolute, hands down, best cleaners in town. The staff is so friendly, the work done is impeccable, and the owners and manager will bend over backwards to make customers happy! God bless you guys and keep up the good works!

I had a LOT of dried blood on a 100% wool sweater from a dog bite. They got it all out plus a mystery stain on a suit jacket that I could never figure out where it came from. Both folks I talked to were super friendly & they gave me a new customer discount without asking. Would recommend.

I had two purses cleaned by them and they look amazing and brand new, they didn't scratch any buckles or hardware, excellent job!

Robinsons has been great for my personal dry cleaning and has also been very helpful with setting up an account for a friend who is receiving laundry service during a season of health challenges. This is a great burden loaded off the family as Robinsons picks up and delivers directly to the home on a weekly basis. Kit has been kind and helpful throughout the process.

When they quote you a time that your dress shirts should be ready they should be perfect on that time. Constantly have to come back a second time to have them remove stains from my shirts. I ended up just buying a steamer myself

Deserves no stars. This place never called me back after I dropped hand made costumes off a month prior to Halloween. They said it might take a while for the stains, so I figured that was the issue. I finally got a call, my first call about it, in November/December and let them know I would be out of town until the next week, they said that was fine over the phone.

I came to pick up my items and they told me they donated them because I had left them there over two weeks and refused to tell me where they donated them. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't let me, said they would write down my number and they never got back to me and wouldn't answer the phone. Worst experience I've ever had with dry cleaning. These people are horrible human beings.

They lost a really nice blanket have no idea where it went. I called many time the owner would never call me back even after she told the employee she would. They never offered me any money back. The blanket cost over $100.00 and was only used for 6 months. Do not use them!

Pass on this place at all costs! Absolutely the worst customer service and owner! I started using their service because they pick up and deliver. I didn't realize that meant waiting three weeks for my clothes to be returned to me. When I called to inquire about my clothing I spoke to the owner, who was completely rude, didn't apologize for the inconvenience, and said the salesperson would call me back.

He was very nice, but it still took three weeks. After that I decided I would go back to my old cleaners. In the meantime, I expected to receive a bill from Robinson's. A couple more weeks past, I didn't receive anything and I have to be honest I forgot about it. I received a voicemail 6 weeks after I initially signed up for the service telling me that I hadn't paid and they 'wanted to know what the problem was.' Hello!

You never sent me a bill. The salesman came by my house and I paid him. When he asked what could be done to get my business I replied, an apology from the owner and the person who left the rude message on my phone. Obviously, that never happened.
