In the early 1970's, Leone found herself with some free time after sending her three daughters off to school. It was an era when many women were entering the workforce after caring full time for the home and children. She recognized that if she, too, was going to seek employment she would have to hire a maid to fill the void at home.
Mini Maid recruited college students for the the temporary work load of the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics contract. In the summer of 1996 Atlanta Olympics Mini Maid was awarded the exclusive contract to clean and maintain over 5,000 officially sanctioned private housing properties for all the 1996 summer Olympic visitors.

What a wonderful experience. I don't know how they get my old sink and stove sparkling but they do. The blinds, fans, microwave, base boards and the details are wonderful. We enjoyed them so much my mother now uses them regularly. Yesterday we treated my mother in law to their services and she called us via Skype and ran around the house showing us what an amazing job they did. She was over the moon! Can't say enough how much we love Lori and her wonderful team.

UPDATE -- The first time the ladies cleaned my house they did a fantastic job, with one exception. They assumed a bottle of ginger ale in my office on top of a concert ticket was trash. Quite to the contrary, it was a bottle I caught at a recent concert which I was planning to make a shadow box ( it was the guitarist for KISS). I called immediately and was assured that they (cleaning ladies) were not allowed to touch or discard items of that nature and they would immediately contact the crew.
A few minutes passed with a return phone call stating that the crew found several empty water bottles under my bed so they assumed it was "trash". I do have four cats and sometimes they will knock an empty bottle off a table and use it as a toy. They made me feel like a very dirty housekeeper. I was furious, yet wanted to give them a second chance.
All was terrific until my last two cleanings. The shelving and pictures on staircase were completely ignored. I contacted them immediately and was promised these items would be "addressed" with the crew. The next cleaning was scheduled and I was actually home that day due to a migraine, so myself and the cats were locked in the guest bedroom. My security system records any time a door opens or closes.
The ladies were here for about 45-50 min. total. Once I woke from my nap, I was appalled. Ceiling fans were dirty, a gray ring in one of my toilets, the top of fridge and armoire untouched. My hardwood floors didn't even appear to be mopped. I immediately reached out to discuss these issues. They offered me $20 off my next cleaning, which I didn't think was fair.
We mutually agreed on 50% off my next service. I always schedule by text, but had to cancel the evening before to due to ongoing medical problems from a car accident. Well, wouldn't you know they showed up anyway! I was so sedated that I didn't hear the doorbell, but did answer their call a few minutes later. I advised them that a text was sent the prior evening (they claim to be a 24/7 operation).
There was absolutely no way I could tolerate the noise, so the Mgr. sent them away. NOW I receive an invoice for $15 for a "no show"! I'm am absolutely furious! I WILL be contacting their office tomorrow with a screen shot of my cancellation text as well as my attorney. I provided all cleaning supplies, including paper towels and a step ladder to reach the higher items (top of fridge, armoire, ceiling fans) and tipped these ladies well and this is how I'm treated? STAY AWAY - it's a "bait and switch" operation in my opinion.
I made sure my house was "picked up" and all surfaces clear, dismantled the stove for the dishwasher as well as sequestered my pets. Unacceptable practices by this company. If they were wise they would either waive the $15 fee or deduct from my 1/2 price cleaning even though I will no longer use their services.

I have used Mini Maid for years because your crews are wonderful! My daughter is a working single mom of two teenage boys and her house looks like it. Yesterday your crew came in like a gentle but thorough cleaning tornado. Every surface was left sparkling without disturbing any precious possessions. All the bedding was changed, bathrooms and sinks scrubbed, and the floors literally gleamed when your crew left.
They even cleaned the top of the refrigerator! The younger boy's comment on your service was "aren't they amazing!" You truly are. We will always use your services in the future.

Mini maid was awesome. It is clear that customer service and attention to detail are their priorities. They called to give us a heads up before they arrived, called for us to make sure their job was to our satisfaction before leaving and followed up the very next day to make sure they hadn't missed anything. With so many competitors in the market, this level of customer service should be expected from every business. We will use mini maid again and recommend them to everyone looking for exceptional service for their cleaning needs.

Good prices and a very friendly staff. A team of 4 ladies showed up to clean my house and they did a wonderful job! Being a full time working mother, my house was in need of some serious TLC to say the least. By the time they were done I felt like I was walking into a freshly clean hotel room. They didn't leave anything unfinished and were very thorough, no sweeping under the rugs with this company!
They were even considerate enough to roll up the cords to my blinds after they had cleaned them so my young baby didn't get hold of them. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Mini Maid!
