About 30 years ago, Tom Landry started his company on the beautiful island of Maui. His team of experts have built a name for themselves by providing the best quality of professional cleaning & emergency water damage restoration to some of the islands' most exclusive resorts, condominiums and world renowned hotels, as well as some of celebrities' finest residential homes.
Premier Cleaning came in and restored my tile floors, carpets (which were stained with pet urine etc in some areas) and cream colored couches and nursery chair/ottoman to look as if they were just purchased! They also sealed and protected my fabrics & carpets to withstand the future wear and tear of two small children and two large dogs.
At Premier, our professional water damage service team is experienced, trained and certified by the IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Premier Cleaning & Restoration skillfully accomplishes the proper cleaning of ceramic tile. Heating purified water to over 230 degrees, we then inject an oxygenated form of hydrogen peroxide under 800+ lbs of pressure utilizing very specific tools and attachments.

Tom & his son did a Fabulous job on our white couch. It looked so horrible before with 4 kids and two dogs. he brought it back to life- removed stains from juice, cookies, spaghetti I mean the works & now it looks like a showroom couch! Thanks again Tom! Awesome service & awesome people! Will recommend 10/10 and use again!

Excellent services and outcomes! Premier answered my call after hours on the weekend (thought I was calling to leave a message). They called me first thing Monday to schedule, came out that week at the time that was convenient for me. And most importantly made my chair and sofa like new! Super responsive and easy to coordinate! I highly recommend their service!

Premier did an excellent job on cleaning our porcelain tile in our office! Who knew our grout was not black! The cleaning team were kind & courteous. They worked with us to accommodate our work schedule & I couldn't be happier with the clean floors in our office. We are definitely using them in the future.
