Ace Janitorial

We hired Ace to clean the common area of our condo complex once a week. We've complained multiple times about specific issues and they don't get cleaned. They started bringing a blower after we asked them to make sure they were getting the upstairs too. So now they have someone blowing dust erratically all over the place. There's been a pile of dirt, dust and hair upstairs for weeks.

This is a pile that they created with the blower. The railings are not dusted, in fact there is built up bird crap on them. There are cobwebs on the stairs. I've seen them do a once over swipe with a duster on the top of our mailboxes without even looking to see if anything was cleaned. The service is poor and the management doesn't seem to care.

Used them for years - reliable, hard worker and nice - and really reasonable!

Rob at ACE Carpet Cleaning made our office carpet look brand new! We had spots and stains on the carpet that another cleaner couldn't remove - ACE got it done. Two guys came to the office on time, friendly, nice, completely done in 45 minutes, carpet not even wet!?! Anyway, ACE does excellent work, give em a shot! I was happy with the result! Phil

We hired ACE Janitorial for our offices a few months ago and we could not be more pleased. They clean everything. The carpets are always clean and fresh, the trash is changed everyday, our desks, phones, chairs and tables are dust free without anything being out of place the next day. More importantly, we trust the team of employees at ACE Janitorial.

We have accidentally left laptops, phones and other valuables in the office overnight and nothing has ever gone missing. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a great, professional cleaning/janitorial services company.

Decent cleaning service for offices. The staff does an okay job at keeping the place pretty tidy. Unfortunately, the issues that come up are continuous issues and are constantly needing to be reinforced via phone calls/emails to the owner, Rob. Ongoing issues for us include: lack of proper dusting of phones/computers/behind electronics, desks, etc; proper bathroom maintenance (the floors have been improperly cleaned many times and toilet brush holder rings have been ingrained into the floor, improper sink faucet grunge cleaning, etc).

Sometimes it appears as though the crew comes in and just kills a few hours, changes the trash can bags, and leave. We had them come in and do a deep cleaning and the crew that did that did a FANTASTIC job. we requested to have that crew do our cleaning from now on, but Rob said that was not possible. Unfortunately, when that crew saw the state of our office, even the gawked and said, "The normal crew comes once a week?" This was after the normal cleaning crew had come in the night before. You know something's wrong when other cleaning crews make a comment! Affordable price, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Rob and his team do a fantastic job of keeping our office area clean. We also like how available he is both during and after office hours.
