We recently had an inspection done on our fireplace after purchasing a house. The technician, Greg was so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! He answered all of our questions honestly without skipping a beat. He was fun and relaxed. We not only learned a ton from him but enjoyed his visit! He was incredibly knowledgeable on products but we never felt pressured to buy something or like he was giving a sales pitch. Doodlebuggers was recommended by a friend and after this experience it is clear why. We will trust this company with all our future needs.

We have now worked with your company twice, First, it is horrible working with foreign countries handling your phones. HORRIBLE! Second, your scheduling and follow are not good either. Lastly, your pricing is way too high. Our second job was doing air duct cleaning. You were $1,000 higher than everyone else. Do not look forward to dealing with ya'll ever again. Unfortunately some of our customers may choose you.

Bought a very expensive vented linear fireplace. Was promised ease of install with our new construction(multiple trips and whatever necessary) They were supposed to come out and run venting prior to my shingles being placed per my husbands in person conversation with management, they came out and didn't do so. Just marked on some 2x4 framing and left.
Now my shingles are on and they will have to cut through them to install. Reading other reviews stating they caused leaks and never fixed them makes me LIVID. They refuse to work with new construction contractors appropriately and will tell you one thing is okay to your face then someone else will send a text and tell you it can't be done that way. It's absolutely ridiculous trying to work with these people!
They are slowing down my construction by refusing to run the venting prior to the fireplace install. We can't even hang dry wall! I'm so upset I spent over 8,000 for the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Good luck getting management to call you back after multiple requests.

My husband and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time after driving from our home in Mississippi about 2 hours away. We were immediately greeted by Jonathan. We told him what we were looking for and apologized for getting there so late. He told us it was no problem and immediately started showing us the products they had in stock and telling us about things they could order.
We did not feel rushed in any way even though it was closing time. Jonathan took the time to look up information on the things we were interested. He explained the differences in the fireplaces. After we made our purchase, he personally loaded our fireplace into our vehicle. We were very pleased with the service and with our purchase. If I owned a business, I'd want Jonathan working for me.

First I waited weeks for an appointment I was like ok give them a break. Finally the day comes! Yah Then the day before they cancel! " family emergency " I was like okay things happens! Next they schedule another appointment I was like okay. they are 30 minutes late! Now they call me and say " you're not answering the door ". Well guess why? You're at the wrong address!
Then they tell me they went to the wrong address and they can't come to my house because it's too far away! Ha ha hilarious! It's not! Now they tell I have to wait till next week! It's a comedy show! If I didn't need this dryer vent cleaned so bad it would be a bad joke! Professional- F Manners F Detail F If I ran this business I would get my butt up there and do my job! When you mess up 3 times yes 3 times you go the same day to make it RIGHT Epic fail!

Company recommended, sold, and installed a premier damper cap with a lifetime warranty. The springs rusted and broke in less than 3 years. Doodlebuggers will not stand behind the product nor their installation but they were happy to try to sell me a full chimney service after denying my request to inspect/repair the cap they sold and installed. Avoid.

They came an inspected our fireplace and the chimney after we had some damage from hurricane Sally. The technician was very professional and informative. Also dealing with the office was the best customer service ever. Cindy who handled my invoice an quote for our insurance company was very friendly and helpful. We plan to use them for a new fireplace.
