Fantastic family owned business that provides great products and exceptional service! I own a Chief II and also have my TM serviced at TCS. The entire staff is always friendly and professional. Recently, I forgot a bag of solutions I had purchased while having my TM serviced. They called to let me know that I had forgotten them and that they would be mailed to me.
I received them the next day! On a second occasion I thought I had frozen my TM during a power outage and below freezing temperatures. I drove to Norcross fearing the worst. Mike greeted me when I walked through the door and immediately walked out to assess the situation. Within 5 minutes he had my TM running and explained to me how lucky I was to have averted disaster.
He could have easily had me leave it with him and charged me labor to assess but he didn't. I trust TCS with my business and will be buying my next Truck Mount from TCS. Thanks to the entire staff for always making us feel at home when we come in!

I bought a new TCS Chief with all the works and love it. Will got me set up with the appointment and install before taking a new career and Mike, Chan, and the rest of the crew have been more than helpful in answering all my questions over the last couple of months. This is my first truck mounted system and I have had many of questions and they have walked me through every step. Highly recommend TCS.

I have purchased two truckmounts from Will Duke, (Chief 2) and I could not be happier. Will and the guys in the service department ( JD. and Chaim) are quick to answer any of my questions or help me over the phone if I have a problem. These machines are super simple to work on, since I do all of my own maintenance. They heat up quickly and do an excellent job of cleaning.
I would put any of my machines up against the big boy toys anytime. One winter it was 14 degrees outside and we were cleaning carpets. Great experience working with Mr Mike and Mr Will! Courteous, Helpfull, professional and sincerely seem to be genuine. I have only 2 days worth of experience with them but I'm taking the time to write this review in their parking lot if that says anything. Wish I lived closer! First time in my life that I heard that a business has never had parts or any merchandise ever shipped or delivered that may have been made defected or damaged either at the factory or in production or perhaps during transportation, maybe something did happen like let's say the persons touching the packages drops it 2 -3 - 4 feet off the ground or say maybe bumps into it with there feet maybe even by accident kicks it ha never happens you say.
Well I solitue you TCS you are the first in my 35 years I have lived which had never had that happen with your purchases EVER. Name a store that no human has had to return something because something was off by 1/100 of a percent that showed a slight difference. GOOD OR BAD ALL SALES AS IS. that's how it's done at TCS. got a part that had what I belived might but never to me personally having h experienced or had this kind of situation occurr was not sure that this may or can be a problem with this item the moment I placed it in my hands which I saw a minor difference on the outside but again never having had this kind of situation with this part happen I did not think for a moment more that it, can or does.
I tell you even after I took off and put on the same part year after year over tightening bending it and hitting it I never had the problem I had with this manifold. I purchased a cat pump manifold I did see a slight height deference in one of the holes but not ever having a problem like this happen Because of the height in one or the holes which was a slightly taller actually which then caused a gap after the cylinder is slit inside that is left causing the water to shut out.
I even did a test by placing different cylinders used and new from hole to hole and I only got that 1 hole which was and had been that way the moment I purchase it not me bending the edges is what caused it I was told instantly. Ok so I even had my used one that cracked which that one was 7years old and had been bent more then 20X if not more as I compared both side by side right there at the counter the same counter I picked up the new manifold just 1 week back as I purchased it.
I will tell you again the moment I put it on it was leaking its bent because I tried 10-15 ways to make it stop leaking having taken it off and putting it back on. It would have been much more eiser for you TCS to send this part back to CAT and get another one but for me most likely not simple. For me to get a replacement I have mail this one then wait home not working until I get the new one maybe a week likely more not less + lose a weeks pay. just because it's too much to give me another part not even trying to sound like you want to try to think it happens, all you said was no not my problem without even thinking this does can and will happen parts are damaged each minute every day at most if not at all factories all around this great universe but this I now know that this business which is called TCS is by far the most and again I say is the most of all the most fortunate very likely the most holiest gatta also be pure they have not ever had this bobo never ever happen to them wow So Thank you for not even trying to show some understanding or even wanting to look at both part I had.

Awesome customer service. I tell ya I have been in some unique situations with my carpet van and Will and the staff have always gone above and beyond to help me out.
