Tried their service with uniforms and they were fair priced and did okay. Left visors to be specialty cleaned. Never got a call back or contacted via number on account or alternate number left with the visors. I had to come in and pick up. Still no quote on cleaning and weren't cleaned for over 2 months. I called with no pick up multiple times and had to take time off work to get them back. Reply to Owner*** No messages were received on the primary or alternate number provided. Verified correct numbers were left for you.

When I call the phone number it says to leave a message but then it says that the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I have had the same problem in the past. This is a small problem that has nothing to do with actual dry cleaning but there can't be any customer service if I can't reach them

You've earned a customer for life. We are new to the area and I struggled to find a dry cleaner open over the weekend. I found your location through a friend's recommendation and I am so happy. I dropped off my clothes and was quite impressed. Although their drop off location is not decorated for customer appeal, the staff has great customer service.
The staff member I met quickly took my details and set up a customer account for me. She was very knowledgeable about the drop-off/pick-up route and was polite when I could not remember my zip code. What she did last impressed me the most. As I was driving off she was running through the parking lot to give me money I had left in my pants pocket. Had I not been so surprised I would have thought to offer it to her. I will definitely pay the good deed forward soon. Thank you!
