At Ask Alice we clean it all from baseboards to ceiling fans and everything in between. We pride ourselves on saying "yes" to our clients' requests! In addition to our regular and specialty deep cleans, we offer additional services including, but not limited to, the following. We bring our own equipment and cleaning supplies to our clients' homes to include our vacuums, ladders, high dusters, cloths, and eco-friendly/green cleaning products. We are also happy to use any specialty cleaning products that our clients may have and prefer.
Ask Alice has many businesses that we have been cleaning for quite some time. Most of our commercial clients started as residential clients and then asked us to clean their businesses. We clean our business clients' offices during the regular work week and usually make their business our 1st stop, with the team arriving between 8:00 and 8:30 am.
With respect to price, Ask Alice generally charges more than private housekeepers because we pay worker's compensation, wage taxes, and insurance, as well as invest in continual training of our Cleaning Specialists. Homeowners benefit from these payments, and are generally understanding of why we have to charge extra to cover these benefits.

Completely impressed and delighted with the service I was provided. I hired Ask Alice to do a deep clean of a new home I bought. Typically, my mother is the pickiest cleaner in the entire world! She has fired countless cleaning ladies at her home. So when I had to work all day, I asked my mother to oversee the women that came to clean our home. My mother was so beyond impressed!
The women were extremely professional, took their time, and made sure we were completely happy with the service they provided. They were reasonably priced, and I was blown away at how meticulous they were. I will certainly be using Ask Alice again and have told countless friends. We absolutely love Ask Alice! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my home is clean. I love that they use natural products. My home never has that fake lemon or chemical smell. The staff is friendly! They take pride in doing a great job. Anytime I have a question or a request via phone or email, I get a response immediately. Ask Alice has been cleaning my home for quite some time and we have always been very happy with their work. They go above and beyond for every cleaning, even washing my dogs food and water dishes. They do not use harsh chemicals, which I like because of my small children. However, if you want them to use stronger cleaners, they will if you provide them.
Every cleaning specialist that has come to my house has been kind and very professional. They pay attention to detail and really take pride in their work. We will be using Ask Alice for many years to come.

A crew from Ask Alice came into our home to do a deep clean in preparation for a monthly cleaning schedule. Tina and Parker paid attention to every small detail. Everything in the house was gleaming. They use eco-friendly products and as such, the house smelled clean and fresh when we came home without the overpowering artificial cleaner smell. We highly recommend them.

We used Ask Alice to clean our home after tenants had moved out. They were so professional! From the estimate to completion, they were timely and thorough. They even had a field supervisor come out after the job (admittedly it was a big one!) to make sure that everything had been done to our satisfaction. They took before and after photos, which were great (well, the before were sort of gross! LOL) Truly, they took "deep cleaning" to a new level.
If you need cleaning services these people are great. And I know that they are honest and reputable - word of mouth (as well as YELP) was great on them before we used them. You will LOVE Ask Alice! I also appreciate that they help women in the community as part of their company charitable outreach.

If you are looking for a very thorough cleaning company that goes the extra mile, look no further than Ask Alice. They have been cleaning my 2400 sq. foot home every other week since the beginning of the year. I continue to be impressed with how thorough of a job their team does each visit. Not only do they clean thoroughly, but they also make an effort to customize what they do to meet my needs.
They genuinely seem to care about the work they do, and always are willing to do special requests. I've worked with several other businesses in the past, but Ask Alice is without a doubt the best! I highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews but, Ask Alice has earned my feedback. Mike, the owner, and team are simply the best. They are professional, thorough and use a proven process to complete their work. I use them for my home and for cleaning at a commercial building. They have never missed a day or been late. They take feedback thoughtfully and seriously making adjustments immediately.
My wife and I owned a resort with a cleaning staff so we are quite picky and appreciate the consistent methods they use. The highest compliment I can give is that we don't think about the housekeeping, it just gets done right and on time.
