Zachary and Dillon were fantastic. After discovering water dripping from our dining room ceiling (from the master shower) we called a plumber. The plumber (3 mountains plumbing-another amazing business) recommended we call ServPlus. They were here the very next day! I was impressed with the way they set up for the job (completely tented the area so as not to get dust everywhere) and when they left they left a de-humidifier to ensure the area dried all the way out.

Really happy with their service and their demeanor. I would recommend these two again any day. :) Penny Smith Little edit: I do recommend asking for a quote upfront. I was a bit shocked at the $3400 bill (and I still had to hire someone to patch the hole in the ceiling, repaint and rehang the light fixture). Just a recommendation. They did a great job. I just wish I'd known up front the cost. I may have called around.

ServePlus is absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly responsive and very communicative showing us pictures and videos every step of the way! It started out as a crazy day. Water seeping into house and under the house.carpet soaked, kitchen vent leaking water.discovered all while trying to get a cup of coffee. Once Kyle and Rick arrived their calm and directed actions helped me to believe that this could be handled. They worked at getting the wet areas exposed and the drying process begun. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the level of services I received from Zack, Tanner, Phillip, and his crew. After the heavy rain we had my basement flooded. Zack and Tanner were here till 11:00pm cleaning up the water so that the next day Phillip and his crew could come in and finish the clean up and drying out everything. Keith in the office was super easy and professional to work with and everyone went out of their way to be helpful, professional, and kind. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your hard work.

Zach & Tanner we're incredibly helpful, they came by the house the same day that I called, within hours. They helped me inspect the entire basement apartment for water damage and definitely put my mind at ease. I felt very comfortable and was very impressed with the customer service. If we ever have issues again they are the first company we'll be calling.

There was a leak in a family member's home and she was distressed so I called ServPlus. Next day, on Sunday at 830am, Rick S. came to cut out all affected material, sanitize and dry the space. Rick is a very professional and skilled technician who described the process up front, carefully removed crown molding without breaking it, and left the area well barricaded and clean.

I appreciate that ServPlus employs a hard working US Military Veteran. There needs to be more days to hot dry out completely and restoration to put back the room to its original condition but ServPlus seems to have a staff and contractor partners that can address the rest of the project.

Chase and Jacob and their team was awesome to work with! Our crawlspace flooded right before Christmas and they were our the next morning finding ways to help. Chase was so great to work with, he explained everything they were doing to me to where I could understand exactly what was going on and was very very through which I appreciated with some much going on with getting the water out.

All the guys that came to the house with Chase and Jacob were nice and great to work with also. Family members that were at our house helping while they were here all also all had nothing but great things to say about the service they provided and how good it was to have them helping! After a call, they showed up same day to do the evaluation and provided us with a plan to get everything fixed. Kyle was very friendly, professional and communicated what was needed every step of the way. Once they started the repair, Kyle and the crew were fast at not only repairing the damage, but also containing the debris from the removal process. We are so glad, we used ServPlus and would not only use their services again, but recommend them! Thank you for all the help during the chaos!

These folks were great. The on-site crew was on top of everything, especially Jesse, who answered my questions and led a great team who were quick with my job. I wish I'd had more information up front (including an estimate). The plumber who referred me said they'd get me a free quote and walk me through the process and that didn't happen, unfortunately. But the on-site crew was terrific.

ServPlus did an excellent job helping us through a garbage disposal explosion disaster that led to the discovery of a water damage disaster in our bathroom. Everyone on the team was professional, courteous, and very clean. I am a stay at home mom of two babies and it was nice to work with a company that didn't put added stress on me through these major home repairs. I hope I don't need to, but I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Chase and Jacob were the most considerate, fabulous workers I ever had. They were able to come the day I called which was fantastic and they did a beautiful job clearing everything away.making my crawl space dry and clean again. I highly recommend Serveplus!

Overpriced and it was a pain to schedule them. They showed up on my doorstep without letting me know. nice people but wouldn't recommend.

Chase and Ryan were prompt and arrived at the appointed time; they came prepared with equipment needed to fix our water damage problem from an upstairs toilet. They were both very professional and polite and even removed their shoes. We would highly recommend this company and feel fortunate they came out right away to inspect a potential mold issue with the water damage.

We had a banner week, our kitchen sink sprung a leak, damaging the cabinetry, the a few days later our basement flooded, and a few days later, it flooded a second time. ServPlus handled all three and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We had a point person in the office who always knew what was going on and was available to us. In our case, Sydney, never made me wait on hold and made everything happen right away.

She also provided me the photos they'd taken which I submitted to our insurance. State Farm called the next day and told me they would cover the claim based on the thorough photos we provided. In all the stress, I'd forgotten to take my own. I wish I could remember the name of the team member that made the initial assessment and took those photos, because he, like all the others we worked with, was professional and efficient.

The folks who came to our house did great work. Jesse did the work in the kitchen, carefully controlling dust and other debris from spreading throughout the house while he worked. But incredibly, when finished with the mitigation, he propped up our sink with a very sturdy support system so we could continue to use our sink while we waited on contractors to bid on the rebuild work.

In this market, that could take months, and those would have been months of us doing our dishes in the bathtub. Incredible. When we discovered standing water in our basement, Rick and Chase came out to pull up the carpet, remove the matting that was unsalvageable and treated the wood that could be saved (which was most of it). They did it in a way that allowed us to keep using the space.

And when another issue caused a second flooding, they were quick to adapt and help us manage it within a few hours of us letting them know about it. I don't write many reviews on Yelp, because I'm pretty busy. But they saved us so much time and stress, I feel like I'd be doing others a dis-services if I didn't share our experience.

I bought a house with mold in the basement. Servplus came out promptly and remedied the mold issue. They also cleaned out the small crawl space of moldy sheetrock and replaced the plastic. They also "encapsulated" the exposed joists and subfloor. They pointed out some surface water issues (bad grading, bad downspout placement) that likely caused the mold issues to begin with. Update: They bought me a new dustpan and picked up the HEPA cover. 5 stars.

Johnathan and Kenny far exceeded my expectations. Super helpful, tried to keep costs down and even helped me realize that this can go through insurance. They'll be back out again sometime today, hoping again to get Johnathan and Kenny because those dudes rocked. Seriously, the most kind, gracious, and helpful guys you could have come into your house and work on something as drastic as hundreds of gallons of water overflowing from a toilet.

I was happy with their service and they have done what was expected. They are not done but I will get another company to finish their work. I am on a payment plan and the guy in the office is demanding every Thursday that I pay the entire debt off. At first it was I owed 17,000 because my insurance had not paid yet even though the insurance company informed them that the check was in the mail.

Well that check arrived and I am not late on any payment however this guy in the accounting department is demanding that I pay the 1400 left at once or he will take it from my bank account. Like I said I am on a payment plan I have had to block their phone number so that I do not get harassed by this individual. This guy has done a real number on my mental state and has caused me to cry more than once. I will continue to pay off that debt but I will have nothing to do with them after it is paid off.

You hope you don't ever need a restoration company but when you do Servplus is the people you call. When the big storm came through on January 12th that flooded most of Portland's basements I was hard pressed to get anyone out there but Servplus made it happen! I only closed on this house a month ago. I hadn't even made my first mortgage payment and I was a hot mess but Jim, John and Nate made it all better.

They were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Total professionals all around. They were so busy that the owner Michael was answering phones on the weekend and I was so impressed that he took a personal interest and made sure to answer all of my questions. The price was fair and they work with insurance as well as give referrals for contractors to fix everything after they leave the building. I can't recommend them enough!

ServPlus provided immediate and friendly service! Recently the water service line started leaking in our house and flooded our lower level. ServPlus was referred to us by our plumber and we were very pleased with the service we received. They arrived at our home almost immediately to dry up the water, set fans, and dehumidifiers. The guys were super friendly and informative and they even mopped up everything before they left! 10/10 would recommend!

When things go wrong, they make it right. We had a very good experience with ServPlus; oftentimes the thing that distinguishes a great company from its competitors is how they handle a bad situation. We had a leak that caused significant mold damage. ServPlus impressed us by their timeliness and their professionalism. They showed my wife what they were using to measure the problem, and how they wanted to handle it.

Their bid was competitive with their peers, who seemed to have a much more vague system of estimating when we would see them, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. The ServPlus crew that arrived to do the work wore masks (this review is during the COVID-19 pandemic). They were punctual, friendly, and effective. Things didn't go so great. Weeks after they finished their work, we still had a persistent mold and moisture issue. ServPlus came out and did the additional work necessary to solve the problem.

I know what it's like to have a work estimate go wrong; the fact that ServPlus stood behind their work is as important as all of the other great things about this company. I would strongly recommend them.

Of course, no one wants to have to use a restoration service, BUT if you do have to, these guys are amazing! All staff members that my husband and I dealt with were wonderful. Sydney was so helpful when we ran into a problem. The technicians were on time and we always got a call giving us a heads up when they would be there. Chase and Jesse were 2 people out of everyone we dealt with that really stood out to us.

They were extremely friendly and were clear on what was going to be done that day. Overall, we weren't happy about our situation BUT, EXTREMELY happy with our service! Thank you all!

We had a complicated water leak problem. ServPlus sent Justin and Chase, who zeroed in on the problem that even a top plumber couldn't figure out. They carefully cut away part of ceiling and showed to me where the leak was. All this and drying up was done very professionally. We highly recommend Justin and Chase!

I reached out to Servplus for a quote. They really took the time to listen and offer me a quote. They even reviewed the inspection for a house I was purchasing. They are honest and actually care which is a rarity these days. The best part is I didn't get a choice in the mold company, and although I didn't have the pleasure of using their services, they still helped me.

It is about doing what's right with Servplus, not greed or ripping people off. Highly recommend them and anytime I need anything else, I will be calling them. Thank Servplus!

Very professional and helpful outfit. Scheduler was responsive and flexible. The two technicians, Mark & Jonathan, suited up immediately with booties and masks to check out the interior damage. They found a lot and did a very professional job of opening up the wall, cleaning, and drying it out. The found all the contributing factors and documented for our HOA. Many thanks you guys!

I had the unfortunate experience of coming home to a leaking water heater supply line after traveling for two weeks. Needless to say my apartment had significant flood damage. I called ServPlus and they immediately responded. The same day Michael, Scott and later Robert were able to get started and after a couple of days all the water damage was remedied.

While I don't wish for anyone to experience a leaking water pipe/supply line, but if you do, give ServPlus a call. They did a great job at eliminating the water damage, the cleanup and were very professional throughout the process. If I were to experience something similar again, I would definitely give them a call.

ServPlus was extremely professional and solicitous when they remediated mold in the attic of the house we recently moved into. They set up a serious containment field, better than any I've ever seen any other contractor do. The work detailed on their original estimate was delivered as described - something I did NOT experience with another mold remediation company. I would definitely recommend them and/or hire them again if I ever need to!

Our kitchen/disposal drain pipe had broken inside the wall, so after the plumber had fixed the cause, I needed find a cleanup company. My insurance brought in a larger franchise company which reviewed the claim, but the end result was insurance would not cover the damages. Next I looked for a locally owned company and Servplus fit the bill. They were fast and worked with me since they knew insurance would not cover the damages. BTW: I wish I found them first instead of that other company, they might have gotten me covered.

We had a skylight leaking water into our bathroom wall (unknowingly) for several months and as soon as we figured it out, we called ServPlus to clean things up. Keith and his team showed up within the hour and had our walls off, carpet up, wood sprayed, and fans running by the end of the day. The team was friendly, fast, and kept the house super clean in the process. Thanks for all the help and we're really happy with the work, but hope we never see you again. :)
